Your Warcraft III username: Shadow
Ban reason: griefing, flaming, toxicity, lobby toxicity
Why you should be unbanned: First off i wanna start by saying, all i did in the lobby was swap players. Didnt say a single toxic thing. Mustard always says saying things without facts/evidence is useless here in fbg yet doesnt have a single evidence to bring to table about including that in my ban, showing he is acting out of good faith and lying to the community. I was the host of the game i swapped players and that was that, if he can even provide one screenshot of a toxic thing i said i would be amazed, but he lied simply so please take this into account that you have an admin that will lie to get a player banned. Now as the game starts im void and im place onto bottom lane against a drow strat tri lane.I tell me team its not good idea to 3v3 vs a 3 range drow lane but pez insisted that im dumb and we can take them 3v3 as we have a lich, so i said OK. So we proceed to lane and i obviously take a lot of dmg and use up all 4 of my tangos. from this point on the only other thing i revieved from my two supports was 1 tango piece. I then told pez to get me salve and he did not, and my other support now left the lane (lol).
Now its me and pez solo against a drow lane and i have no hp at all. I tell pez buy me consumables and he refuses. I tell him he just doesnt wanna help me cuz im shadow and he admittedly says yes he really doesnt as you can see in chat. So watever i try to lane my best against 3 range heroes but have absolutely nothing so i tp top because my supports no longer want to support me. Now im top with centaur against a PIT but centaur leaves and im solo against pit. I expect my team to tp to help me but no one comes.I am now Void solo top vs PIT the only possible place i can get some creeps but now no one wants to help zone out pit. I arrive at top around 7 minutes, maybe a bit before and pit just starts thrashing the lane with fire storm and eating out first top tower. Now at first i didnt say much im just trying my best to farm under tower, but its impossible because pit keeps storming and denying as well but no one will tp even tho pit is directly under tower. ( pez has tp in slot and its off cd but refuse to come).
So i went top at 7 mins, it is now 9 minutes and pitlord and me are still top, and pitlord takes the first tower. No one comes to help while pit is free farming every wave + tower.
Pit is now at the second top tower just eatin creeps still not letting me farm anything. im barely getting creeps by aggro’ing them passed tower but still no one will come.
It is now 11 mins. I tp’d top at 7 minutes. after 4 full minutes zeus (the mid laner) ganks top. The gank is unsuccessful and zeus ends up dying and i barely escape. (pez has tp but still doesnt tp to help at all).
It is now 12mins and 30 seconds and pit is still top solo with no one there to contest him, and i go top again to try and farm but pit kills me. cent ends up tp’ing AFTER I DIE and pit gets away.
After i respawn i go jungle because i clearly cant take on a pit solo. Coincidentally after i go jungle 3 of my teamates go top and kill the pit. (now is this to troll/grief me?) seems intentional that team didnt stop pit for 6 minutes until i finally left the lane they go to help it. At this point no one on my team has helped my secure any bit of farm and all i have is a midas.
a little bit of time goes on and i farm jungle/mid back and forth to get some items.
(now this is the key part of what im banned for on “refusal to defend”
So the enemies all are top and finally now my team wants to defend top. So first i asked my team to defend for 6 minutes straght and not one person responded and now they asking me to go top to defend. Now my team thinks i did not go top to defend because i was “grieving” which is so stupid. Watch the replay now as i walk you through it to show you what really happened. There was about 3-4 lanes pushing bot tower with no heroes there. FINALLY farm that i can get that will really boost me and get me an item. Also drow ranger wasnt top yet so i go to farm bot becaues that is like 500-600 gold of free farm and from start i had nothing so ofc i will take this. My team basically fights 4v4 and all die. Drow wasnt even there. but i got a lot of gold. And i obviously need this farm if i will be able to carry. If i go top i will likely die too and just have nothing. To ban me for not going there when you arent seeing how much i got from not going and how i tried to hold off top for 6-7 minutes solo is completely STUPID.I pretty much proceed to farm and help as much as i can going forth. That was the only time i didnt defend because like i said there was SO MANY CREEPS BOT PUSHING OUR TOWER. The enemy wasnt even at our tower yet so obviously i will take the gold and farm bot…. this makes sense to anyone…. i have no items what can i do top ill jump in and get owned by supports and i do 0 dmg especially with pitlord aura around them.. Please an admin who isnt mustard review this. he banned me solely off watching a stream for a bit and deemed that i was griefing when it actually looks like my team was..
I want to add that where does the flaming/toxicity come from in this ban? Who did i flame, when was i toxic in game or lobby. Begging my team to help top from being pushed isnt being toxic its what needs to be done. If my team doesnt wanna defend or help carry what else can i say. I only am asking them im not swearing at my team or insulting anyone.. So plz where the fuck does that get added on to my ban from? this seems like you want to ban me before season ends so i cant be vouched. I did nothign wrong i really dont get what all the ban reasons are about its just lies after lies. Go read the chat and show me “toxic”
The whole first part of your appeal addressing lobby toxicity is from numerous games where you have flamed captains so they will not pick you in order to get on the team you want; the most recent incident was last night. I had not realized until recently that you had been warned about this by fantom and in the warn it was cited that the next instance would be a week ban or you would have already had a week been before this. That warning was at the beginning of the month and I have seen you do this more than once since then; it had nothing to do with the game you hosted tonight. The personal attack really doesn’t help your case here either as multiple admins have witnessed this behavior it’s not just me. I am not lying to get you banned you have done things that everyone has seen and now you are being banned for it.
You had 2 ranged supports with a stun and lich to deny and they were pulling creeps to let you farm in the safe lane. You could have lane swapped and let cent sit bot and lose the tower, but your situation wasn’t a throw assignment. Holy was captain so it was his call ultimately also he never muted you he just said he would, probably because holy knows how to captain and wanted to do that in peace. Your supports weren’t refusing to do anything they played normally and only responded negatively after you started berating them for not helping you. They were pulling almost every wave and harassed neither had a salve to give you. After you got first blooded you tped back to lane with no heals, wd was down to one tango and hadn’t been to base and lich was walking fountain with no hp then went to deny creeps mid and came directly back to lane. Then you tped top at half hp still no heals at lvl 4 with void into a lane with a lvl 7 pitlord with cent still in lane leaving your lich to die. You wanted someone to come “zone out pit” but I doubt that would have worked at this stage and it would have been automatically giving up bot tower and gave bot enemy trilane the option to rotate anyway.

Cent and witchdoctor are left hugging bot with the threat of tb cutting behind them.

After you spam ping top holy comes almost immediately to gank from mid as zeus he is already there at secret shop by the time you say “WTF IS MY TEA DOING”. You attempt the gank but chrono after firestorm is already going and nearly die and then holy dies. During this time cent and wd are pinned and killed bot and tower is lost. You tp back top with only a midas and continue to farm while your team ganks bot and picks off 2 more kills. Cent is walking top while you fight too soon and tps late after you die.

Lich gets caught and team backs then they push top as 4. Your team tells you to come ult top but you instead farm jungle then walk bot tower to keep farming with full mana and ult and no tp.

Your team groups to defend tier 2 and you show up just in time but out of position walking from bot and get ulted by thrall immediately and die. The rest of the game is an uphill battle that was lost in the end, but these are the key points mentioned.

I don’t think everyone else grouping to kill the enemy has ever been considering trolling and I don’t see how it would be here.

Which as stated above holy did pretty much immediately even though it didn’t go well.

17:34 All Shadow THEY WONT COME!?!?I see how from your perspective and only watching your own play this game you feel slighted, but if you watch what is going on throughout the whole game from all of your teammate’s perspective you will see that they were playing to win the whole time and that you were completely out of sync with them playing your own game. If you weren’t so zoned in on justifying your own actions you would see that there was a game being played by the rest of your team that coincide and explain why you were solo top. After saying that if your team doesn’t come top you won’t play when you deliberately go jungle then bot to farm while your team is fighting 4v4 while you have your ult and full mana and your team is asking you to come you can see how that appears to be griefing. The flaming and toxicity would be from saying your supports are refusing to support when they are doing their job, calling your whole team a joke, threatening bans, and mass spam pinging while complaining unjustly.
Like you said you feel I am being biased so I won’t deny this appeal until someone else takes a look and gives another opinion on it, but this is the full review of what happened from an outside perspective regardless of how biased you believe me to be.
Did you miss the entire part of why I didn’t go top to fight??? It was 4v4. Drow was farming too. Me and drow are the hard carried and I had 0 farm. 5 waves of creep bottom directly at our tier 2 tower. The enemies weren’t at our tower yet they fought in the middle of lane and lost the fight without a drow even joining the enemy. And I secured so much gold and stopped bot from being push. So where is this “refusal to defend”??? I’m a better player than boba and pez when I told them to defend top and they didn’t you don’t say that’s refusal to defend but now these tier 4’s want me to defend top and die while there’s 5 lanes of creeps I can finally get and if I don’t listen it’s griefing?????? Do you understand why I say you pick on me mustard. I begged for 7 mins for someone to come too and defend and finally when I found a place to farm and my team ignored me you chose to ban the victim who got no help from his team all game. Not going top was smart everyone who is tier 1 would tell you I should have went bot to farm the creep waves not top to die. Especially when drow is not even there…
I also don’t understand how you don’t realize void is the most important hero that game. The supports working together to not help me and get some kills won’t matter if a void has 0 farm. If I was a different player they would not act the way they did. Clearly I couldn’t farm bot so going top is a smart choice. And obviously supports should follow the carry I shouldn’t have to ask. And Ofc I’ll get upset and spam pings if it’s been 7 mins of free farm pit pushing.
Do you think I’m a robot? I’ve been good many games and finally my team trying to grief me so I show a little emotion and you hit a 120 hour ban without seeing how pez and boba purposely never wanna help me out in spiteWhy does mustard justify all the poor actions of the supports but says everything I did was grief? Have real players look and see who actually made the mistakes because mustard shouldn’t be the one who makes those decisions since he does not player and is also t4 category. Ask any t1 what the hell thre supports were doing when void needed farm. Getting kills on other supports doesn’t justify what they did. If I was the support and left my void for dead you would turn this ban around and say I griefed as pos 4/5. Stop acting like you don’t know this is true. You are literally saying they played good and together while they were clearly trying to not help me on purpose… and you want me to remain calm and say nothing after 7 straight minutes of pit free farm? When you are pos 1 and that happens to you it isn’t your fault, supports shud secure your farm and help you. You are literally trying to say I played the whole game wrong and they played it right, constantly justifying why they were bot lane… last time players reviewed your ban on my gameplay no one agreed with you including 2 of your own admins. You tried to say I was afk on voker and no one understood you because you don’t play and are t4 so you shouldn’t have that type of say to be calling out what type of gameplay is good and grief.. have t1’s watch the game and they will tell you how wrong you are and they will certainly ask what the team was doing when top was getting ran down and void had no items.

Also the botlane push was 4-5 melee creeps, 4 ranged and 1 mw by the time you arrive, which i can understand why you would want to farm it, so on this one i’m 50/50: I woulnd’t call it refusal to defend/griefing (despite you doing it if we look at the rule), since choosing to farm and sacrificing the defense is viable in certain situations, however you said it yourself: Trax wasn’t there, meaning you could have easily went top, chrono and with cent/lich/wd ultis, you’d easily defend and gain kills from it, so both options were viable (and imo, defending would have been better for yourself and your team overall over your farm alone).
So yes, i agree with Mustard review on it, nothing else to add here (You weren’t even losing the lane when you tp’ed top – despite being 0/1, you had more cs than trax when you tp’ed top fyi).
