Violated Rule(s): excessive ping , solo upping
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): excessive ping lvl 1, 2. also continued pinnging 3,4, 5( ibeliv), 7 and more. Solo upped king lvl 8
Additional Information: his general attitude was bad as well, pretty much like everytime, maybe worseWhy 2nd opinion: I do not understand Balthazier point here:
“On the solo up i don’t see anything wrong here. It’s normal to up on this level and you needed some king anyway on 10. The only difference is that he got some extra income earlier”
Who is the judge of whats needed? Can you please define more if the rules have changed?
What do you mean man ? Who decides if you need some king or not? 1 person or team? He certainly wasnt captaining us either. He upped king (4 times) without communicating with team? What is this? I was back in the day warned for a SINGLE UP – NOW i am willing to consider that due to hefty moderator abuse, but 4 times with no communication? Thats pure solo-upping king. We hadnt decided what we do either.
Also i think the 6 hours, for excessive ping was very mild. Balthazier himself said he stopped counting on 1. Well i had to play through it on 2, and the rest. Honestly i should have left the game due to these pings, but honestly i was afraid of moderator abuse and getting banned for it? I Want to ask someone to advice if there was going to be ban for me if i left after his 10th / 20th/ 30 ping or so ?
Also its not true true no pings after 8, for example there was definitely unnecessary ping after 10, (i was making a point for his blocker and pinged its location) whereas he just ping me back because so like the NUMEROUS ones earlier were not enough.Also i forgot to mention, he did late ups on 7 and possible cost us heal but well.
And final point – i think what Balthazier meant to say he could have suggest i do 3/0 , not told me to.
After review:
On 7, he upgraded whenever he had lumber (it was gonna be 2 heals either way)
As for 8, hard to say what was decided as he was muted by you, so can’t say if he even suggested it or simply upgraded: As Baltha stated, it is fairly common to do some king during 8 and send the rest on 10, and without being able to see his chat, and considering it was 1 single instance without any ill intentions, i don’t see a reason to ban him for it.The pings were definitely unnecessary and annoying, but as Baltha stated and correctly, the user has a clean history so the ban duration was appropriate and within guidelines – If hes found doing it again, ban duration can be adjusted considering hes aware he shoulnd’t do this.
So overall, i agree with Baltha decision on this one.
