we kinda need to implement a rule for DCs.
This should act like a poll for the punishment. I have 3 options in my mind but I am also open for other ideas if you have some.
1) Time based bans directly
2) 3 warnings first followed by a time based ban
3) +3 / -18 elo rule, I already spoke to Kappa and it’s possible to implement it but I am not quite sure that this is the best option without gproxy.Let me know your opinions or other solutions asap, the current situation looks like we have to handle fast. Also moderation without any rule is quite hard, Anda and myself want to treat everyone the same way which is quite hard without clear rules and could end up unfair.
Well due to im not that long at LIHL i dont know how u handled it in the past.
1) dont know if it really helps, i for myself honestly dont give a shit about 2h ban. To make it feel bad needs to be 24h ban or sth and thats pretty awful if u didnt by purpose.
2) guess shoudlnt be implemented, would say one warning is enuff
3) maybe -18 is a hard treatment for the others in team? prolly +3 / -10 is more fair?
Second option seems best, but it might make people who have connection problems even more inactive.
