remove the false “refusal to defend” from my ban and reduce the ban duration

First things first: You can NOT use shadows words to me ingame as evidence of any kind, when you damn well know he was MUTED after spamming me during draft.
when i wrote “we cant” to him, it wasnt cus he said anything to me, cus clearly i couldnt see that, it was because i noticed he was trying to do a pointless gang mid.

Shadow spamming/demanding shit in draft like “pick pudge right now” or “why didnt u just pick zeus” (after i alrdy picked it) is the usual annoying shit from shadow during drafts that hes been warned/banned for many times before, but yet somehow your admin in the game, tomoya, doesnt tell him to shut up and let the cap do his job, but shows clear bias by saying “shadow is allowed to talk”.. proper admin work wouldve been to tell shadow to stfu, since it wasnt regular talk from him, it was clearly stupid annoying needless talk during a draft.
guy demands stuff and rambles, during a draft, when hes not even the captain..

And no, shadow cant play meepo, lmfao. everyone knows all shadow does as meepo is split push and afk farm. ive rekt his meepo myself as his enemy, and ive been ally-rekt by it myself twice as his ally. ask literally any good player in the league about shadows meepo.. so ofcourse thats not an option in my mind..

i clearly stated that we can NOT kill the brood at the times pudge tries to gang, yet you highlight him trying to gang. every decent player will tell you we cant kill him in those situations. ill copy paste, since it was overlooked/ignored the first time:

your first “gang attempt” mid: i was lvl 4 with lvl 1 bolt and no boots. you were lvl 3 without boots. brood was lvl 6. ofcourse we cant kill him there, especially without lockdown. you wasted time on that, instead of helping ck top.
– brood lvl 6 with boots cant die to lvl 4 zeus with lvl 1 bolt (did lvl 2 arc instead of lvl 2 bolt, to kill spiderlings better) and lvl 3 pudge, both without boots. actually brood can just activate ulti and kill us both.
at the tiny chance shadow lands 1 of his 2/20 hooks, we still cant finish him there, and if broods smart, he can literally just turn and kill us both.

second time u come near mid im in the middle of killing a big neutral stack, which is better than just feeding the higher level brood mid. i was very very low hp and mana and there wasnt a single chance on earth that id do anything to that brood there, with a lvl 3 pudge.
brood almost lvl 8, ogre nearby, and u actually try a suicide hook on him when no one is near you. if that hook hits youre 10000% dead.
– i was literally 150hp and 50 mana when pudge came the 2nd time, and in the middle of killing a big neutral stack. what should I do? show myself on lane and die to 1 nuke from brood?
and for the record, tower was roughly 70% hp when i left to kill the neutral stack.

fact is we ended up with a draft where it was more or less impossible to stop brood early. like i said ingame: u gotta accept that fact and play around it.

and this is a blatant lie:

i was literally walking to the mid tower to defend it and i almost died trying to reach it. i end up tp’ing out, around 9.40, near the tower, with like 10 hp.
idk how you can get this situation so wrong. maybe you stopped watching it right before i went to def? idk.

the 17 min mark situation you mention where we fight as 3 top, has 0 to do with refusing to defend, it’s just trying to make a play elsewhere. if aa and pudge is spending all time on brood, i cant do the same, cus it means my carry will get 0 space and farm, while enemy carry gets infinite space and farm. someone has to try and make plays that benefits our carry.

the situation you mention at 18.40 clearly also isnt true. i ran to top long before brood was sieging our bottom. i ran top 18.00 and he started sieging our base at 18.38.
when he dived pudge i was already running towards bot.

the situation you mention at 21.30 is also really strange to even mention:
min 21 ish i go to help a teamfight behind our top t2 tower. when i leave base the enemy brood isnt even in our base yet, and i had two allies defending already. i also came straight back after the fight, to defend. so how on earth does this have anything to do with “refusing to defend”??

yes i denie the rax at 22.40 cus i was 100% sure spiderlings would kill it before we killed them. simple as that. after having watched the replay i realise there was a chance the spiderlings wouldve died before the rax, but it’s very very close. they needed like 1 more hit each. it couldve been a mistake from me, but had nothing to do with refusing to defend or anything like that, it was just a decision to not let him get the rax gold, that MAY have been wrong.

pudge rot and aa 2nd spell is decent vs spiderlings too.
prob was pudge was really low level early game, cus he wasted so much time on two pointless rotations to mid, and they/we needed his ulti to stop brood, hence why i told him to get lvl 6 pls.

a very ironic thing about shadows ban request, that you missed, is the fact that we lost first rax cus he was sitting afk, far behind bot rax, typing stupid shit, instead of defending the rax with rot.
i didnt realise this untill i saw his chatlog POV, cus i didnt see him type it ingame, since he was muted.

not in a million years did i ever REFUSE to defend in this game. anyone that knows me as a player even a tiny bit knows id never do that.

in terms of the toxic behaviour part of the ban:
ill gladly take some deserved ban time for that, and ill try to learn from it and not do it again, without any complaints, except this one:
your admin tomoya starts the game out with a petty/childish comment that sets a bad vibe and mood from the very beginning: 02:32 Allies Tomoya fak man teshin team again
he then proceeds to let shadow spam shit in draft.
so ultimately he had a part in setting a toxic vibe in the game.
