Introduction:
As you probably know, I have been an active player in this community in over the past couple years. I play quite a bit and am also active on chat a lot. I ve been a mentor in the past and according to admins like hyo have been doing a good job on that. I stopped mentoring, because I felt that we as a community (and admins) are not doing enough to fight toxicity around this place which imo regulary leads to trials quitting and I can’t justify it for myself to put time in ppl when other members on the server are actively trying to bully them out.

I ve noticed we are having less and less active admins on the server and we have quite a bit of toxic behavior (lately a big increase in reports for tk , flame wars/constant provocation on chat). I ve also been a target of certain bullies in this place who have been addressing me as Victiam and all kinds of bad shit – even telling me to kill myself here and there.

I m just putting this application as an offer, since I ve lately noticed myself being a little more and more toxic towards certain people, which is ideally not the road I wanna go down. I guess it’s just cause I m frustrated with this never changing situation of sound 5 people going around bullying each and everyone.
I m willing to to put in the time, help with reports and monitoring of chat and queue behavior and all that. I can assure you that I wouldnt abuse admins rights for any personal vendetta. I know how to handle myself in a professional manner and just wanna make this a better place for everyone.
All i d ask for is for stricter treatment. I think a community this small can’t afford this toxic shit behavior day in and day out. Some days I play one game and it’s so frustrating to deal with some ppl that I just dont play the whole day after that, even though I planned to play for several hours. I m sure I m not the only one who feels this way and I would like to do smth about it.

I know I can come across as a bit emotional when it comes to discussions on chat and queue, which is true. I am passionate about certain things and I genuinely care but I am also well able to distance myself from my personal emotions when it comes to acting in a professional context. I m quite self reflective and well able to understand when my personal bias takes over and when I should step away and let someone else take over in order for professional conduct not to suffer.
