Violator’s Warcraft III username: warbounds
Violated Rule(s):refusing to defend our mid barracks, throwing game on purpose
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 1 min before game starts and draft was finished, 17 min mid barrack
Additional Information: he started like 1 min before the game begin, that he rather won’t play, but also won’t leave, cause he said the picks are horrid. So after a lot of discussion, we put clock offlane bot, bs into mid and went tri top with phoe, dk and lina. He tried so far, to get some farm in wood and also did normal until min 15. But when our bottom got pushed at 15:30, he did not def bottom barrak after regen and flew top instead (Bs went then to deffend bottom). After a teamfight upon 16 min in mid, Senti pushed our mid 2 and when senti was about to get t3 aswell, he just kept on wooding and did not wear any tp (though entire sourge revived). We might not have did the best game, but he threw it on purpose, just cause the draft wasn’t good enough for him.In regards to your post…
Elriko was complaining from the beginning and seemed to have poor attitude, that much is evidenced from the chatlog.

As the game progressed however, when your tri-lane lost to a solo rexx it seemed he clearly became discouraged. The defense at bottom was logical for him to not fight there, I can understand why he did not so we will not hold that against him.
The defense at mid, however, is not. His team needed him there, and without TP or getting there in a timely manner, of course they will die without him. DK is essential for team fights, with a stun + great dmg. It is an obvious neglect of teamplay and playing til the end.
It was not only Berna who grew frustrated with Elriko’s attitude, as other teammates were annoyed with his lack of competitive spirit.
I also want to add, that yes… I do think it was a poor draft. However, Elriko is a good player, with over 100 games, and has only captained twice (0-2). We should not try to discourage so many players, if we are not willing to step up and improve the games ourselves. Captaining is not easy, and to be such a negative influence is a poor example to set.
Overall, the attitude and effort combined for a poor showing, and did not compete until the end. The player has a good reputation and no history prior to this, so I will be lenient. But I will be issuing a ban. Please fight until the end until team agrees to -gg or forfeit out. Elriko banned for 36 hours.
