mod abuse / unfairly banned

Nille reported and banned me for “forcing a send. ( 3 days) Replay is at the Report from nille.

First of all. i was captain/caller. I was calling the game. My aim was to win of course. We were far behind in that game, because they had insane rolls/incomes/values. I was absolutely sure that they come level 15. With 2 infernos. At first we thought about whats going on, seeing leak time etc. At level 14 i saw that there was no chance of surviving 15, because they had good bank and we had only 1 potential holder. But n1ll3 was sure that he holds, and our only way to win is skip 15. I couldnt agree that because i was absolutely sure that we die 15, with or without send. Btw thizz was on n1ll3s side because its his buddy and they stick together. The 4th person was neutral. N1ll3 wanted skip 15, but i disagreed, and at the end of 14 i called to send 15(since i was caller) if n1ll3 would be caller, i had to agree his decision to skip but he wasnt. I took action and sent, because it was the only way or at least a very very smallchance to survive it. But even with the send we lost, n1ll3 was not mid of course, like he thought. His game readin was very low on that call. My only focus was to live their send, and that was the only thing i could call as the captaim. People would 100% agree on that when they see the replay. I never wanted to force a send, and damage my team or something. I handeled as the captain and tried everything to save the Team. Unlike n1ll3 did, he wanted to ruin the team by skiping and having no chance of surviving. Anyway, we died on lvl 15. My call had no impact of the Result. If we send or not. We die and lose, i wanted to try it at least. But it wouldnt change. This is a very obvious call, and n1ll3 just banned me 3 days for that because he hates me and this is the way he wanted to punish me. Also i saw on FBG reports, that people got only 12 hours for a “force send” with worse impact. So if n1ll3 is not abusing his admin rights here, then im santa claus. And to mention, people can have 2 different opinions about calls/game reading etc, but this one was pretty clear and obvious, and how i learned it in LIHL, the final call comes always from the captain. I also had to follow so many TK calls from other Captains, i was mad about, but i always had to follow and not reporting them for force send. This report was a pure desperation because my call was the right one, and his was wrong, but i stil get banned cause he has admins right and me not.
