I have been very patient with alexxino in our games. Ive been trying to help him but this guy is not able to receive help nor execute them. In this game we try help him what to build lvl 1. Then he responds to deadmauz u can push 4 0 and go ywd and apparition with sg…. Doesnt listen, isnt even aware of his role in the game and just tk the game to shit. I dont care about winning or losing, but if a guy cant develop himself in skill & attitude to even be a teamplayer i like to not play with him again.My patience is gone, guess it is just dodge time whenever i see him in lobby. I think more people share the same opinion.I fully support this! He even refuse to cooperate Last few games – he Just announce what he will do, one game he wanted to Stay 4 0 turret when we had 2 giga obers for 5 already, other game he want to go tok, he try to hold lvl 5 with ygg small necro And wolf, leak half wave then he sell the necro on 6 to reach his tok, there are more And more games where he is completely usseles, its no randomness he is bot 15, And he wouldve been even lower but elo some games, me, monkey And others manage to some how carry him, niko can confirm he stayed 7 2 on 7 – getting ghost – ghost is being outhealed by herm, then he stayed 7 2 on 10 or 7 3 in a giga slow game, when we 3 People begged him to push, he is underperforming every single game, you can ask many ppl that. And as i told ealier he dont care what the team neeed, he Just announce what he is gonna build And when our team ask him pls push, he answer – im not asking im announcing which is really annoying
So, DEADMAUZ SUICIDE EVERY LEVEL, who was exactly in my spot 2 weeks ago, meaning he was bot 1 and ending up suciding his lane often, is complaining about me failing my lane? How hypocritical is that?
And what is this great help that they try to offer me? HURR DURR BUILD SHIP GO 3/0! No, thank you, sir! I am not your dog. I did not see them say, “Hey, we need that or this, could you please do this?” also I did not see any of them warn me that 3 meat wagons leaks 2?(Unfortunately I dont play meat wagon much and there was no quick guide on the academia channel.) They very much “helped” me and team played by pinging me when I leaked on 2 then complaining on allies and all chat.
I am tired of people who dont know hot to communicate respectfully and constructively and in particular of everyone in the Rager Group(you know who you are).
That being sad, I dont mind being put on trial or unvouched if I am deemed to be constantly be underperforming, but 1 bad game seems hardly sufficient.

Alexxino shouldnt be unvouched, hes nice and he usually listens. You can give him help with many builds and he will cooperate. If you dont help him he might do bad or good but i dont think he should be unvouched.
First i wasnt part of the team, so the above statements must have their reasons.
On the other hand from my experience with alex it was always nice and chilled games, i dont know what happend the last weeks, but it seems some emotions spread over. Maybe its time to reach out the hand to each other and just restart in peace?
I really dont want see alex to get unvouched, this is not an option i would say.

I have really tried to play with him. I have tried to give him advice which he never followed. I have tried to communicate openly with him. Ive even accepted the tk and asked afterwards what his logic was to get a discussion going and try to make him see. But with his current mindset even 1000 eyes wouldnt be enough to make him see what he should be aware of.It is quite funny that he doesnt even listens to proper advice from mauz and is even trying to defend himself to talk deadmauz down. In my point of view alexxino has a delusional view of the situation. It is so great to believe in yourself that you just drag the whole team down buildwise and communication wise. Im not talking about 1 game and i hoped he improved after tons of games but the truth is the opposite. Im glad for you that you have a nice experience with him, but that also makes it more funny cuz alexxino himself says he doesnt want to get micro managed but in your games he accepts your micro managing?
@Quail, well patience goes as far as it can. I have tried to be chill with him and let it go so many times , but if his arrogance rises to the limit and he isnt even trying to accept his own mistakes. He would even ignore all gamechat afterwards.What can we do?
What do you expect admins to do? Unvouch me based on one bad game and your personal impressions? Start looking through my replays?
I’ve linked above most of our games together (those that I could find and that had chat available for our team). If you want this unvouch to pass perhaps you should do a bit more work and look for some more replays to help your case.
If you want discord chats from after games, message me on discord and I will show you how to find them efficiently(perhaps someone knows a better method).
One bad game, thats ridicilous, today with your kc and selling 1.8k+ value on 14 lost you the game , im gonna link this game later. We send to live and you died somehow.
This has nothing to do with 1 bad game and personal impressions. The reason lies more in how many games u TK and that your skills are trial level or lower. Also if an admin is gonna take 3 random games from u they most likely come to the same conclusion unless they check the games where u got babysit by wikarn for example. I told you to try change your behaviour/communication and play for the team. I also told you that i would make a bann request, but i was too soft on u and let all those times go. If your skills would live up to the attitude, we didnt even have this bann request. But i dont like to have people in the FBG league that are known for massive TK and who people wanna dodge.
I would like to support Wikarns view in this discussion. I had many games with Alex and I always enjoy these. In the games with me he was always a pure teamplayer with a perfect attitude and good builds. I remember games where he carried the team with his roll that he played that well to give us the win.
In my opinion this unvouch request is redicioulous.
I upload this game – so 3 weeks ago – 5/1 ea on 5 – ok lets say he cover 5 with 3 ea but instead of pushing he add 2 tusks. then he stay 7-2 againts mola with ea adding ghost – atleast go necro or pure ea – hermit outheals ghost.
I late pushed 7/2 – but i was our 10 -15 holder – and you see i cleared aloot on 7 – i got my 7/3
And alex staying 7 2 with ea on 10 – killing 1 boss, so i was forced to go 7.4 – if i was 7/3 i mid 10
7/3 stuck ea – no more to comment in this slow game.
0 improvment in 3 weeks.Big support for this unvouch request. He never listens to ANY advice, always does tk mixes despite being proven multiple times these don’t work and always the lowest score on the team (for a reason). Huge and vulnerable ego without any skill to back it up. I’ll attach a few replays later.
Saying that, I don’t mind him if he just changes his attitude and starts playing for the team more often and admits his errors instead of just muting people and ignoring every sane advice. Perhaps an unvouch and a trial period would help (it helped virus after all :p)
