As you might know, we are not unvouching someone based on a single bad game. Furthermore, when reviewing the chatlog of the game you linked in the first post, I see no attempt to help him out with his roll and prevent the free leaks. If he contentiously tk’s as claimed, then simply saving the games after playing with him and making a new unvouch request when you have 3-5 replays ready for review. But I do expect you to try help him out with his roll in the games.

While you are not gonna be unvouched based on a single replay, I will remind you to be more open towards advice from your team and ask more skilled players for help. We, the admin team, does not condemn micromanagement of players, but we do expect players to ask questions and take advice when given. We have observed a few cases of you refusing to receive help, and if this behavior continue then it might lead to sanctions of some kind.
