Hello, im attachment a http to a news site, u can translate it, my internet company had issues yesterday in allof my country… i know i have a background but this time it rly wasnt my bad… maybe u can consider reducing the ban time… apparently its been fixed since 10 20 am central time. thanks guys and sorry.

Considering it was a large regional issue reducing ban by 25% of the original length.
