Ban Appeal for Kraken

Why you should be unbanned: Because I didnt dodge

Okay first of all I got banned first time for this in my life and I really want if we can forget about this ban. I will bring out some notes that could benefit me.
Hal9k statement:
3.30 AM – Swapped Shambles in – No explanation for this provided, signed as last person.

I provided explanation in first picture. I was tired and I needed rest. I asked shambles to jump in for me he was ok with it. If he didnt want to I would played that one more game ofc.

6.16 AM – Swapped Dafuker in – No swap, no roll (Shambles wanted in).

I was little messed up and misunderstanding obviously cause if you look closely dafuker and me played game beofre together and with his mate MuchoangryCanadian. We won and for next game he didnt signed on time while canadian did. He was saying please swap me in (you can look in chat with your “powers” Hal9k if you looking so closely I dont know how you missed this) so I gave him my spot and sitted that game. I REALY DIDNT KNOW THIS IS BANNABLE.
And for last but not the least

7.34 AM – Swapped Queaternion in – Wanted to walk the dog, but signed as the *last* person.

You can see in picture I provided that Queaternion signed in exact same time as me. I was thinking of playing 1 more game and than to go walk my dog. But I saw him signing exact same time and he was sad cause he was last man with no spot. He made even sad smile in chat. Than I asked him if he wants my spot so I can walk my dog, go to store grab something to eat and play next.

I dont know why this Dorimu kid got offended by my swap and I certainly dont know why Hal9k put hammer on me so hard when Im even not guilty as it may look. Please forgive me if you think it was my intention to dodgde and try to trust me because it surely was NOT.

Thank you for your time and if you still dont believe me after this ( its my first time ) please at least reduce my punishment its way to harsh, especially when your innocent. Its just sad

Hello Kraken,

thanks for appealing and I do belive your words are right. Still you should know after all that time you play here that dodging is not an easy going issue, lets see this here as first and last warning for future.

Ban duration is halfed
