Ban Boyka for low effort/troll/grief

I am sick and tired of Boyka trolling in my team and then pretending he isnt trolling later on.

Warlock was also very very suspicios in many moments, but i dont have the time to study them both in the replay.

Boyka was playing axe and refused to join a teamfight for like 30 minutes. He was solo playing for roughly 30 min and afk farming for roughly 30 min. When I as medusa had around 12 kill contributions, he had like 2.
Im the carry, hes the offlane axe, it should be reversed.
He also refuses to buy pipe for team vs lich and gyro, and he wastes 4000 gold on orchid rush vs heroes that can remove it with manta/bkb/diffusal, while he still had freaking red boots.
He didnt even upgrade vanguard to crimson, for gyros flak cannon.
He keeps farming my camps instead of ganging with team and giving me space.
I was actually fighting as medusa while axe afk farmed.

He gets a lot of pleasure out of low efforting in my team, then flaming me for not solo winning the game. He does this almost every game with me lately. There were even situations where he intentionally didnt blink save me, but tried to let me die first instead. Please take this seriously.

He dies like a mad man min 3 behind tower cus hes reckless and overextending his stay.

Dies again min 6 for same reasons. Not griefing, but shows how reckless he was that game.

Around min 11.30 he stands still for more than a minute at top lane, watching his team fight near enemy woods / bot tower, while he has tp.

He then wastes blink to blink to hit a creep, so it goes CD and then FINALLY tps bot. But when he arrives he lets them more or less kill me before jumping them. Either dagger was still cd from after he wasted it top or he was just letting them kill me intentionally. Both ways smells like grief (why would he stand still for 90 sec and watch a teamfight, then right before he decides to tp he makes dagger go on cd???). I end up dying and he goes to steal my ancient stack…….. He still has red boots…

He then proceeds to keep farming wood, instead of going back to heal, resulting in him missing yet another teamfight mid. Fight keeps going, but he keeps ignoring it to afk farm more, altho he alrdy has his dagger.
He then buys an oblivion staff as axe, while having red boots. No blademail/crimson/pipe/tranquil.

Around min 18 hes taking wood camps instead of going with team, altho he can clearly see his hardcarry (me) is trying to farm the woods. Shortly after he decides to tp top to farm more, rather than trying to make plays with team. At min 20 he has 2 kill contributions as a tier 2 player on axe. His hardcarry medusa has 14 kill contributions here.

He now buys orchid. Still red boots, no pipe/crimson/blademail vs lich gyro naga.

He now stands still for almost a minute again in mid. This was like the third time he did that. He then goes back to his precious woods to farm some more.

We go to min 22 before he participates in a real fight with more than 1 hero.

At the 24 min mark hes farming top/woods yet again. At this point he has spent 98% of the game in woods.
His team is pushing bot and he just keeps farming woods. Still red boots and 0 team items.
While he fucks around top, trying to kill a naga that can diffuse his orchid, without having blademail, we lose the fight bot.
He now at least runs across map with his red boots to take some scraps from the teamfight he chose to ignore.

After several people start realising that hes low efforting and trolling me like he usually does lately, he starts pretending that he cares. It’s so funny and so easy to see through. He afk farms for 98% of the game as axe and then min 30 suddenly pretends to care, in hopes of not gettting banned.

He now got exactly what he wanted and clearly intended. A tilted teshin that he can troll.
Not untill 35 min does he upgrade his red boots, as axe.

At 36.30 we get some evidence of what wouldve happened if he joined us early game when we had huge lead.

At 37 min idk what hes doing, but dragging rosh deeper in pit so he doesnt slam ground isnt what hes doing.
He now goes for mjolnirr, altho we already have two in the team for him. Still 0 team items.

At min 44 we have the chance to push mid rax 5v3 or 5v4 (1 was dead for 65+ seconds and their naga was bot), but instead of trying that he just tps bot.
He cant excuse this as trying to kill naga. Naga was 26 armor and almost 3000 hp at this point, and axe didnt even have blademail.

Around 45.30 he tps top and solo dies, instead of trying to fight with us around mid. Right after that grief action he actually tries to talk shit to me. Probably just to tilt me more:

At min 53 im 100% dead after naga ulti and theres nothing i can do about it, so i just hit the tower with split shot. Instead of boyka running home with low hp, he stays nearby, then dies too, and then flames me for a death i couldnt prevent:

I realise he succeeded in getting me tilted and losing my cool (warlock afk-like gaming helped with this too, ill admit) by low efforting and trolling, like hes done several times earlier this season, and I’ll gladly take whatever punishment for it, without any complaints.

I also think he deserves a ban. He played solo for the most crucial part of the game when we also had quite the lead. We had all 3 T1s and naga was 1-5 or something, while we had good vision and items to just push as a team.

We needed pipe vs lich, sk, gyro, but our offlane decided that vanguard and orchid are better, making pushes against such lineup way harder. He farmed a lot for about 25-30 mins while we had the lead which we should have used to our advantage, but he had showed very little teamwork until that point.

I also noticed that when it was naga and gyro chasing medusa to our bottom t1, axe had just tped and didnt blink in to call both of them while they were close, he hungered one of them and waited till dusa died before he jumped in to call. I dont think his dc was on cd either as i had his hero on focus. Seemed like a troll play trying to get under teshin’s skin which seemed the case during that game from start to finish.

I think he deserves a ban for low effort/troll/low key grief.

Games starts fine Boyka starts out cutting top against sand king and it’s pretty free. At a little after 3 minutes he tanks a few tower hits not getting the creeps in the proper location for the cut with siege and dies which is a reckless miscalculation as stated in the brq, but not outright griefing. Around 6 minutes a similar thing happens however this time he was rotated on so less avoidable than the previous death. The incident cited at 11:30 was started at 12 minutes since that is when the fight started woods so he was watching for about 30 seconds not a minute nor 90 seconds as you state and probably to determine if he needed to tp and his dagger was on cooldown but he didn’t even need to dagger to engage; I don’t think it is as severe as you claim (full on griefing) but it is also not good. In the next few minutes he does take one ancient stack then proceeds to farm neutrals a bit as an axe typically does and at around 16 minutes he engages and kills in a team fight then takes t1 tower. The farming patterns look normal in the next few minutes and the fight he didn’t join was already being called not to go and was more of a catch than an obligatory team fight. At around 21 minutes he initiates mid and leads to a one for four win and t2 tower dying for the fight. The incident around 24 minutes he was staying top defending a t1 tower while team was pushing t2 and should have tped and joined since bot t1 tower was still there to tp to. A little before 29 minutes you get caught alone while rest of the team is grouping bot river which leads to a full lost team fight and lost rax and immediately you blame your team. The team fight in base at 36:30 is a full win for the team with everyone there. The rosh incident was inconsequential and you overreacted. Axe initiated the situation the made it possible to push mid but it was only lich who died and if naga ratted bot and tped mid during your push you could have ended up down 2 rax to none so it was a judgement call erring heavily on safety not some sort of griefing. The incident around 45:30 was a bad move and could be considered griefing with the low chances of winning the fight and not knowing where the rest of the team was. At around 50 minutes big team fight win with boyka being a big reason for that catching naga in rosh pit and the orchid was a factor. The incident at 53 minutes your whole team was close by so I don’t consider this deliberate throwing most of the team was high hp regardless the game is over immediately after this situation.

So this is obviously a lot of stuff to review and consider in both gameplay and team chat. Gameplay wise I see mostly reckless plays not intentional griefing or outright refusal to play with the team. Axe did spend a lot of the time farming, but he did take a tower early and kept his tower pretty untouched for a long time. He made calls for grouping and ganking and initiated when he was there which lead to some very profitable team fights and nothing in his chat indicates he is griefing. Not joining the team push at t2 tower bot seems to be the incident closest to refusal to play with team or low effort griefing which set off you and the team. He should have joined instead of defending top, but him joining there does not guarantee a win as you seem to think nor could he have joined the team fights before that without dagger. The basic assertion is that if he was there sooner the game was guaranteed, but I don’t think anyone can assume that for this game. The most significant moment that contributed to the loss that was verified was when you were caught solo before getting raxed mid. A majority of the game he is not doing anything wrong aside from some of the incidents mentioned above, but they were reckless plays not deliberate griefing. Now for the chatlog and the language of your ban request. I am not going to consider the claims that he does this all the time because it is not reported and I have not seen it personally nor will I go researching all your games together to confirm or refute this. The language in your ban request is assuming a lot of his intent and is subjective and not verified so I cannot use this in conjunction with the ban request. Reading the chatlog pretty much everything boyka said was after you were on a full tirade aimed at him. You isolated a few of the things he said to you, but within the context of the full chatlog you were just as bad if not worse and certainly more prolific. There was no specific ban reason cited, but reading the chatlog boyka only commented about you a few times which you mention and you were pretty relentless in your comments towards him so there would be no flaming or toxic behavior ban here. Boyka will be banned for 1 day for reckless play as this is his first ban of this nature. Request approved.
