ban/cap ban risefire (and warn Demons)

I wasnt in the game, but everyone is sick of ricefires shenanigans.

Also consider this as a request to give a warning to the admin Demons, to veto such lobbies in the future.

Tier 3 ricefire going against tier 1.5 frostless in lobby is one thing.
That in itself shouldnt be allowed.
And yes, he is tier3. He has 8 bad games and then 2 good games, tier 2’s dont have that.
Every single player except maybe Fantom thinks rice is t3, so im counting him t3 as everyone else does.

But then this draft also happens:

frost fp peach
rice takes boyka and klaus
frost takes m4 and demons
rice takes gb3 and and redhawk instead of dcaudio (tier4 and tier3.5 over tier2.5)

they end up with these teams:

To add to the ban request, I also have made one of my own with some more details of the draft. We ended up losing 46-9, in 21 mins. And one last thing is that even though the game was pretty much over from min 15, rice refused to forfeit the game that is already decided, just dragging more our suffering. He deserves cap ban and ban from playing for both game ruin and intentional lobby unbalance. The point difference between the teams were 15 vs 10.5 if not mistaken.

After seeing consistent issues with lobby balance we have decided to captain ban Rice for 10 days. He will not be given a regular ban since he did not break any of the other rules aside from consistent bad judgement for lobby balance. From what I have gathered from players in the lobby Demons attempted to veto this, but it was pushed through by Rice so Demons will not be given a warning; he did the right thing, but was ignored. We will be assessing and trying to find a solution to this problem during the captain ban so that this does not continue to be an issue. Request approved.
