Violator’s Warcraft III username: Lavish aka Lavus
Violated Rule(s):

1st Violation: He team-killed my creeps (I was chen, I had creeps dominated) at approximately 4:05 on the timeclock. Why? Not sure, I think because of some animosity he has held since I last got him banned. He knew exactly what he was doing and followed my creeps. Stopped when I said he was going to get banned.

2nd Violation: We were at a base fight and he baited an ally (Alphawolf KOTL). He pulled off a good counter-play but then purposefully stopped attacking Brando’s VS at last hit. Let Alphawolf die and let Brando live. Obviously intentional game ruining. Time of violation was exactly 33:18.

I don’t see how these atrocious displays of lack of gamesmanship is allowed to stand, especially when done intentionally. Lavish ruined the game for many players.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): in-game time of ~4:05 (watch bottom jungle, Slark) and 33:18 (watch middle battle).

Additional Information: I was told bans in offseason are still valid, please enforce.

Lavish has even confessed that his action was deliberate. So now you have someone going around intentionally trying to ruin games, admittedly, with zero accountability and zero remorse. He thinks it’s all fine because we won the game eventually. But what if that act caused myself or Alphawolf to stop trying because their own teammate is obviously, flagrantly, siding with the enemy team? Is that fair for the 4 players on our team?

Is that fair for the 5 players on the enemy team, for having their team wasted? How is this any better than a disconnect or a ragequit? It’s worse, it’s altering the balance of the game, potentially wasting the time of 9 other players.

I hope admins will judge this senseless and flagrant rule-breaking accordingly.

FYI I have no idea what he’s talking about with a salve. This dude is delusional.

All reported infractions were confirmed to be true and also admitted; the salve claim was a lie. Lavish is banned for teamkill and game ruin with a side note of lying to admins. Games organized in the queue during offseason are still moderated as indicated in #news.
