ban pinkunicorn + retardeddog for recklesness, griefing, low efforting

I am so sick of pinkunicorn getting away with ruining almost all my games that im with him in.

Pinkunicorn and I had 5-6 games in a row where he was being a bot on pos1, and where he shouldnt have been pos1, cus we had way superior pos1 player in the team, that instead was supporting. We made a deal that he would stop going pos1 when there is far superior player in team for it instead. it was his responsibility in all these games, since he was captain in all of them. He assigns heroes as captain, no one else, so he cant blame anyone else than himself.

Then last game we got retardeddog, teshin, mumix, pinkunicorn and tricked. clearly dog should be pos1 and pink pos4/5. but instead pink is somehow void, a hero he has absolutely no idea how to play, and dog is crystalmaiden.
i ask pink why dog is CM and he is void (we literally made a deal to not do this again) and he just said “04:44 Allies PinkUnicorn ask him”.
that is some BULLSHIT. pink can literally just tell him to pick void.
it is a captains responsibility to give us biggest chance of winning, but again pink does not step up as captain and do what has to be done in order to win the game.

dog CM ended up having lvl 1 mana aura at minute 30, with a zeus in team, which in itself is beyond stupid and something a tier2 player shouldnt be doing. I mean, he actually picks the CM and lets pink play void, so he can fuck zeus by keeping aura lvl 1 untill min 30….

then throughout the entire game there was NO communication. pink wasnt saying anything the whole game, he was just ignoring. all i said from min 0 was being ignored, cap had no interest in doing what team needed. i suggested we didnt do 3v1 top and 1v3 bot, since rolandos freefarmed PA is always gonna outcarry pinks freefarmed void. ignored.
i also said we needed silveredge hero, i suggested him to pick slark for dog, he picked void, then didnt even make silveredge, made useless items and had 0 dmg vs pa’s evasion at min 35. i asked him what yasha was for since it was silly and he needed silveredge and bkb, but he just ignored and turned it into useless s&y.

even when we fought at rosh, i told pinkunicorn to come like 10 times, he never did. it was a great situation to fight, we even stole aegis, but he never even bothered moving there, didnt say anything either.

he ended up having 3000 hero dmg min 37, 10-13 times less than PA, and far less than anyone else in the game. at min 12-20 he was insanely far behind pa’s networth, somehow, alltho i kinda expected this and warned team about this.

dog didnt rly do much on CM either, he was 2-8 and did shitty spell build.

we are banning people for troll items, for shitty player drafts in lobbies, i think it’s time pink gets a reality check ban to STOP giving t2s support while he (t4) takes pos1, even after he promised he would stop doing it. go through our game history together, he has consistently been sucking hard as pos1 in my team, while letting much much better player support.

theres no signs in chatlog of him trying to give void to Dog. maybe they voicechatted, doesnt change shit tho, it’s 100% on pinkunicorn.

Again you are only reporting this game so the other games that you bring up I have no context for what went on and will only examine the results as a tally to check the validity of your claims. No captain is obligated to force positions or heros on certain players just because it is what you think they should do; it’s their right as captain to assign heros, positions, and lanes and in this particular game I saw nothing that would warrant a ban from Pink. Ideally there is a group effort amongst the team during the draft, but that doesn’t always happen and also isn’t mandatory, just what we would prefer to happen. The point that he is captain and he has no one else to blame is irrelevant because blaming is also not mandatory after a loss despite what many people might think. Watching the replay dog doesn’t say anything during the draft and picks cm before Pink picks anything; no one was clearly assigned cm or void and it’s fine if a player wants to pick what is left over because they don’t have a strong preference so there is nothing bannable about that even though you would have preferred dog played void instead. The idea that dog was trying to “fuck zeus by keeping aura lvl 1 untill min 30” is kind of a rash assumption about his intent and is not reflected in how he played the game. Yes Pink was silent most of the game, but so was most of the team most of the time except for you and you were mostly just criticizing, but only when things were not going so well. A majority of the game your team was actually winning and definitely had a chance to win and during those times no one was saying anything they were just playing. Just because you didn’t win doesn’t mean there wasn’t an opportunity to solely due to the points you mentioned. Pink not coming to rosh was not good, he definitely should have been there, but there were only pings and you only told him to come after things were in motion you didn’t tell him “like 10 times” you said it twice. Most of what you are outlining is simply how things went wrong in the game nothing that is a bannable offense, maybe a warning at most, I watched the whole game to see the chatlog in context of game situations and I saw your whole team playing to win for the whole game. There was no blatant game ruining from anyone unless you consider missing the fight at rosh the single reason the whole game was lost which it was not. I don’t know what kind of conversations you have had with Pink, but he is not obligated to not play pos 1 when he is captain just because of a single line with no context nor is that something we as a league would enforce. I went through a week worth of games that you and Pink played together and here are the results.

8-10 overall in games together
5-6 when pink is captain
4 out of 11 games where pink was captain and pos 1 resulting in a 1-3 record
2 instances where you were captain and one instance where you assigned him pos1 resulting in a 1-1 record

This hardly looks like he has been throwing games by giving himself pos 1 and certainly not 5-6 games in a row and if you are willing to give him pos 1 then I don’t know what you expect him to think about him playing it when he is captain. If you want to have more influence on the assignment of heros and lanes with specific players you are just going to have to captain the games yourself because otherwise it is all just you giving your opinion and no captain is obligated to listen to it since it is not a rule. You yourself said that a captain has no one to blame except for themselves since that is their prerogative. If you want some advice for how to get captains and players in general to listen to your opinion you might want to try presenting it in a calmer and less aggressive and accusatory manner and with half or less of the text. The way you try to get your opinion heard is so excessive at times it makes people want to actively disagree with you or not listen which doesn’t justify not listening, but it certainly explains why someone wouldn’t listen. Another thing to consider is that not every loss is the losing teams fault; sometimes the winning team just plays better and there is no need to find someone on the losing team to blame. I found nothing blatantly ban worthy here so no bans or warnings will be issued. I do however think you should consider some of my advice in order to have a more enjoyable time in the games. Request denied.
