ban req Diabolico 2nd Opinion needed

Violator’s Warcraft III username: Diabolico
Violated Rule(s): no-teamplay, trolling
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): most notably lvl 8/9 when he refused to push after we asked him. also forced pudge on 10 when we were discussing what to send. we wanted 2x panda or panda spawn
Additional Information: trolling whole game and flaming for no reasonAdditionally, don’t forget to upload the replay!

ADDITIONALLY: Team wanted Diabolico to push and he didnt. also stole king and forced send against team discussion. Clear violation of team-play that Simon | Humanoid-Freak did not recognize
as an additional thought i dont know how you call me toxic, when he was the toxic one and had to be muuted, which was also shared by yellow. you can observe the player`s constant toxicity in everygame then make comments like that
Alright, I did review the game as well now.
You said that we should ignore you flaming because diablo started (kindergarden much).
But let’s buy in on that, you started this thing by saying “I won’t let you tk, ty”Did he play perfect – no, but neither did you, but that is besides the point.
You can’t ignore someone and whine about the player not doing as you want after that.You were both super toxic and I debated a lot about whether issue ban(s), but I will warn you both and next time we see something similar from any of you, then you will receive a ban.
UPDATE: After further discussing amongst the oversight admin team, we decided to issue a ban to Diabolico for the flaming in game. 24H for toxicity. Processing
