Additional Information: since the behiding he wwanted to play pos 4, after capt assigned pos 3, he said he had high ping witch is not that bad(150ping) he was vs 3 heros yet he played first minute like he was playing vs 1 and died min 0 after bad rune fight, afterwards he tried to make a pull and died again, at min 4 30 he grabbed a haste rune trying to gnk mid when ember had only 100 hp, rexar didnt even ahd mana for 1 single axe still wanted to gnk, ember died, rexxar just stays mid and grabs some xp witxh is not bad and get some creeps aswell, runs back and goes top lane trying counter gnk? being only lvl 5 no roar yet, at min 5 50 he just runs in circles for a solid 2 mins, goes mid and steals xp from mid laner witch he alrdy have a bad time since min 0, after trhat goes top and waits another 15 secs to grab rune, is bounty and gets lvl 6 goes top and get 1 kill (very good)after that from min 8 20 to 10 20 jsut run in circles doing nothing, affetr that goes bot and stays there doing nothing only getting some xp and cs, but thing is he had ult up and full mana fuill hp, he can get a smoke and try to help out mid with ult and get an important kill, this is some stuff that he does when he plays mid aswell, hes a good player that knows this stuff, at min 11 50 g ets gnk by slark with lothars, slark misses pounce witch he could just tp out but decides to go to tower and try to kill him insted and feeds another kill to enemy carry, after that he tps back bot to not even get cs only xp, with he doesnt need anymore, i can understand that slark was missing from the map, at min 15 we started talking and says that he doesnt know how to pos 3. and blames capt for the game after the sentinel was 15 k Networth lead he decides to actually play the game, and insted of getting a blink to iniciate fight on lina for example, he gets a glimmer cape, he also didnt have boar or hawk for 20 min, his excuse was ” im have high ping”

at min 220 he says that he shoulda played abbadon but that makes no sense cuz abbadon is a hero that requires “no high ping”,

game went on for another 15-20 min doing some gcomeback but sentinel just to big, we had no propper iniciation cuz rez went glimmer, even if we have won that game i would off make this report.

At the very start of the game there is hostility about the assignments, but picks were played as they were assigned still. Oversoul doesn’t even attempt to join the fight at bounty and team is short handed and gives up 2 kills. His first death in lane at around 1 minute he was completely out of position knowing the trilane is bot in his lane because of the fight at bot bounty. A little before 3 minutes he walks towards jungle and gets caught immediately and dies again. The incident at 4:30 when he rotates to gank made no sense with mid so low, but the death had nothing to do with him. From 5:50 to around 8 minutes he runs back and forth from top to mid using axes on a single creep and soaking xp from mid while there is a 1v1 lane available with slark freefarming bot. He does cut for a kill top after a lost team fight, but then basically goes afk walking around for the next 2 minutes then finally returns bot. The incident at 11:50 he could have tried to tp immediately to live, but this was an avoidable death not a deliberate one. At around 15 minutes he walk mid after being low from creeps and dies an avoidable death and the arguing starts. Arguing continues and at around 20 minutes while typing he dies an avoidable death. At around 26 minutes he stands at towers and dies to a lina dagger in. Just before 27 minutes he tps directly into a death. Most of the rest of the game is attempted defends and smoke ganks, but they end up losing still. He also didn’t level summons until the 30 minute mark.
