Additional Information: they send, we survived while orange on my team dced. it was all very sudden. lightyagami decided to draw and we all followed. on closer inspection he was not the captain. he would’ve known this and he knows the rule. that was not his draw to call

Doubt it was intentional that he communicated the draw (given Kasper/captain asked to discuss with his team), but will warn him to be more careful in the future, as the call should be communicated by the captain.
