Violated Rule(s): Flaming, TK, not playing as team
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 11 minutes refusing to push wisp. 12min 16sec calls me a fucking retard when he is game ruining. He deliberately overbuilds with absolute garbage. At 13 minutes calling me a “fucking apre” (whatever that is xD). At 16 minute sending spirit instead of whelp even though the call was furmit whelp. 18 minutes really late king ups.Additional Information: This guy seriously needs to be un-vouched and have a mentor. There are so many things wrong with this game. Not playing EA because he doesn’t like it at first. Goes on to OB with trash. He is bottom 4 in the league every season because he refuses to listen and just does whatever he wants. He kills every game I play with him. He shouldn’t be allowed to tk like this and flame every game and get away with it. Many people have requested bans on him before but his behavior does not change. He needs ban and un-vouch and mentor to make him playable. There is definitely an element of him doing this deliberately every game to wind people up as well.
Nothing against the guy but he needs to be explained that this is a competitive league and he needs to do what’s best for the team. He needs ban and speaking to by mentor/admin to explain this and needs to co-operate more.

DoggoHis game play is questionable, but not enough for a ban. If you believe he needs to be unvouch please make another reports with multiple replays why you believe he should be unvouch. His attitude was kind of provoked by your 20 pings on his lane.
Both of you will get warnings for your pinging and his attitude.
I will recommend in mentor channel if anyone is willing to mentor him .
