Your Warcraft III username: Victian
Violator’s Warcraft III username:Speedy-Row
Violated Rule(s): 1) flaming/aggressive behavior, 2) refusing to sell
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 1) all throughout the game and 2) right at the end
Additional Information: Okay, so here goes my first ban request. It was very tiring game for me from start to finish, since to it felt that rocknroll and speedy were pissing each other off the whole game. I tried to tell them to stop here and there but they wouldn’t. As usually in these case, the focus was on writing and not on playing so we got pretty behind. Blaming intensified. Right before 10 we looked pretty dead and one of the enemies had a dc. First I asked who was captain, since I had forgotten. Then I checked and realized that I was captain. I decided to sell and all hell broke loose. The team refused to sell. I sold. We died.
Speedy wasn’t exactly flaming me during the game. But he said passive aggressive things all throughout the games pretty much aimed at everyone (including me). Since he’s a lihl Player and all I m not sure that’s acceptable?
Also after the game he started to flame me quite harshly and would continue to do so even after me personally asking him to stop.
I added the replay and some screens. I also think that speedy was the one mainly pushing ur team into refusing to sell. Rocknroll also didn’t show quite his best behavior here, but since he didnt flame after the game, I refrained from writing a request about him.
Thanks for the time and all.

April 1, 2022 at 7:39 pm #16001Hello All,
i judged this case together with another FBG Admin, we came to the conclusion that the following rulebreaks have been taken place:
Dogshirt – KC Juggle
ROcknRoll – Refusing to Sell after Captains decision
SpeedyRow – Flaming Ingame and on discord, refusing to Sell after Captains decisionParasailing missed building Level 3 we would count it as unintentional so its not ban worthy.
Regarding the banlength we took impact of the rulebreaks, history into consideration:
Dogshirt – no ban history – for us treated as juggle 5 to buy time for a 7 send with mola, you cancelled around 10 aa`s and were not in danger of loosing a heal. If it was unintentional cause you drink too much beer as you stated we would still came to the same result – 8 hours
RocknRoll – no ban history – We go with 2 days.
SpeedyRow – no ban history, regarding to the the fact we have two rulebreaks here and you continued to flame in discord we go with 4 days
Here are the Rules written for you again:
KC JUGGLE:
Target switching as King controller is allowed, so long as it does not interrupt the King’s attack animation (juggling). Sends that provide HP regeneration cannot be left alive in combination with target switching to delay killing units. Range stomping and backwards waving is allowed.FLAME:
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
If the language used negatively impacts the game/community atmosphere, it is bannable. Giving advice/opinions to other players on how they can better contribute to the game is acceptable as long as it is done in a respectful manner. The other player has the right to respectfully ignore the suggestions if they disagree.
Do not provoke other players to purposely elicit a reaction from them.
In the case where there is a report and multiple sides are guilty of flaming, multiple players will be banned regardless of who reports the game and who started it.
Do not threaten other players with reports and/or bans.
LIHL Players that flame FBG players will receive an extended ban duration and may have their FBG League permissions removed.
There is a zero tolerance policy for any flame towards Trial Players.DC / CAPTAINS RULE:
Team Captain is the highest ELO player on the Team.
When a Player disconnects from the game, one of the following should occur:After Level 3:
– The game should be paused and both teams should discuss whether the game should be drawn. The two highest elo players (‘Team Captains’) on each team have the responsibility of making the final decision together on whether the game should be drawn, played on, or a win conceded by one team via selling. Where there is no consensus, the game will be drawn. The intent of this rule is to allow players to concede a win via sportsmanship where the game is clearly lost instead of having games automatically drawn
Processed and Closed.
