Violated Rule(s): Abusing admin powers, game ruin
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Ricefire just picked a players based on who he likes or whatever, making the lobby as an unbalanced as it can be. On that note, Demons should also not be an admin, he only vetos games that he is on the bad team, and never vetos a game he is on the superior team, giving the excuse, but rice is also admin, he just a hypocrite.On with the game, rice picked a 5 range trax strategy lineup when we suggested to pick some frontliner or healer. We got destroyed obviously, and he was 0-12 or w.e and so were most of the players, except for sniper.
If he is allowed to game ruin every day without getting banned just coz he is admin, then I will game ruin every time I play too. Remove him the ability to cap, or just make a special rule where he can cap t2.5 and below.

he should only be allowed to cap t3s from now on, after his cap ban/ban is over. hes doing crazy stuff over and over and never improves, he just has that 1/10 game where things randomly goes his way.After seeing consistent issues with lobby balance we have decided to captain ban Rice for 10 days. He will not be given a regular ban since he did not break any of the other rules aside from consistent bad judgement for lobby balance. From what I have gathered from players in the lobby Demons attempted to veto this, but it was pushed through by Rice so Demons will not be given a warning; he did the right thing, but was ignored. We will be assessing and trying to find a solution to this problem during the captain ban so that this does not continue to be an issue. Request approved.
