at this point i think you should just permaban him, he has a history of doing much worse things and game ruining. He clearly isn’t suited to play in a league with rules/adults

I haven’t personally reviewed the replay but a quick comment — I know there’s history from before this league but as a new league I would suggest issuing a formal warning and documenting 1st/2nd/3rd offenses per the rules we have for all players.

After 1B.Fantom review:

Shadow(x) is banned for 1 day (First Offense)

Notes: Using other players heros after leaving. 4/5 agreed to forfeit (-gg), he refused which is against rules and proceeded to kill their heros.
