Background: He questions my build choices like everytime and the first thing he ALWAYS says to me is something with “… man” , including the word “man” means that he is already pissed off of me which I cant understand. Im sick of those guys who think my build is wrong, get proven wrong and flame the hell out of it. I wanna have chillicheese competive games and no mimimi. I highly welcome ANY advices and recommendations when they are pointed at me at the correct way and not trying to implify what shit of units i build. I think for this game I did quite well and fullfilled the teams need (a decent hold lvl 1-10). Regarding the fact Niko acts the same way every game towards me, I am tired but have no other option to make this bann request.

Keep in mind his roll was aqua copter dm hydra sentry, he added sentry to 300 aqua and leaked 3 for no reason to no-send, proceeded to add sg for 5, leak half wave to small send.
When told about this conundrum he answered as such:

this part was in response to our self-professed 5 holder (turr egg copter) saving 150g on 5 for no reason (send was rather obvious by then)

I’m not gonna bother overly much to refute all of the misrepresented and cherrypicked chat examples, but I recommend you watch that replay and view the messages in context.

This is no “cherrypicking”, this is listening the chat where you break the rules and show just bad behaviour.

Again you call TK, proving one more time the bann hammer needs to fall. I decided for myself to go semi at lvl3, therefore adding a Sentry and ending up 380val (recommended in Aqua guide is 350-400), so I knew I might leak some hoping for the best.

Lets see what you did: You rr’d after dropping 2 cw, selling one and go 3/0 push even though you rolled into Malf AND us having no decent Warrior cover. I could rant at you saying “why u mix cw man, it sucks!!!!” BUT I didnt and let you play your own game. You added malf lvl 2 and therefore leaked 12 (!) creeps at lvl 2 giving a full scout. SO I think my 4 leaks on Level 3 which you mentioned are fine, right? The sentry I added was also helping me a lot on 7 and 10. But lets look at you again since you like argueing about bad units choices and mixes (which you offered a perfect example of such). Your outcome was 3/0 push at lvl 3. With 2 cw you would have been what? 4/1 push? And no leaking lvl 2.

Lets look at lvl 5: I decided to add a SG cause I wanted to have a Hydra on 7. In every case we needed a holder. You say I leaked half the wave. Thats very interesting because I leaked 8 units excluding one furb, which is – if my mathe is right – less then your level 2 leak with 12 creeps. Adding SG not only saved us one heal here, it also did a perfect job on lvl 6 send, which therefore resulted in my call (full 7 send) and the enemy team losing some heals. It also resulted in me being the hero we needed for 7 and 10. We lost. No. Single. Heal. The entire game! We aced the enemy team in a race which wasnt even a race because again I was huge mid. It resulted straight from my decision and if you call this tk, you are out of this world.

No, thanks dont do this. You already made yourself look terrible by argueing here and not taking the chance to say you are sorry or whatever. There is not even a single spark of manners or self-reflection in your behaviour which is by the way pretty poor.

Alright, reviewed the game.

While I understand some of the frustration from you Niko, you decided to approach him in a very nonconstructive and flamey manner. While I have no ambition of nitpicking every single build choice from both of you, I will just highlight that Dpteacher ended up 4085 val 15, holding inf send – so him becoming nopush/nohold was definately not true. He did make some questionable choices, but so did you.

But this is actually besides the point of this ban request, it is about how you communicate your feedback and suggestions in a desirable manner and once again you failed to do this. Because this is your third offense of flaming according to our backlog, your behaviour in this game will result in a 48h ban.
You are, as always, welcome to appeal the ban.
