Additional Information: One of the most toxic games I have ever seen. Deadmauz standing in the middle of it starting and going crazy, in the middle of it speaking russian (?) in /all for his friend virus. Some examples:

So, i was in the enemy team – everyone know mauz is a goof kc, when you take the King in clog game you need to get as much time as possible, but you were waving alot And he got mad because you ruin the clog, also you have taken King before granted permission, And when mauz take the King from lvl 1 And you take ot from him without even asking id you you take it i would get mad as well, And as see you have provoced too many ppl already – me, ddemom1o, niko now mauz, And idk how more. But everytime you play the victim, your attitude is no better, you provoce And want to get flamed – process to report them?

I was writing from the phone, auto correct made some sentense sound stupid but i think you Will get my point. And after the game, And before the game ended he started mocking my KC, Virus KC, also after the game ended, he wrote virus KC sex – which is disrespectfull towards me, because we had low King And i felt heavily offended – with the history of me And dp teacher he tried to provoce me – so i flame him And he report me – but no i containted, so if possible take this in consideration, because its really getting annoying this guy provocing then putting brqs then playing the little child being abused, because from what we saw in the previous brq, calling him man is offensive for him, so as i reckon he want to be called something else. After reviewing:

So, he had king from the start (no objections) – you decide to take the king away, even when you noticed he wanted kc back, yet you ignored him and ended up doing your way (waving when not necessary), and then reporting in the end (without ever adressing the issue ingame, or trying to talk to him)

While his behaviour speaks for itself, i can’t really ignore the fact you’ve been on the spotlight for a while now, and this also speaks for yourself: An ally has king control from the start, and you simply decide to take over, without any communication whatsoever.

I can quote what an admin wrote in the chat channel because an admin already discussed this topic in the fbg chatroom. I have the same opinion like the admin. Noone has the right to take king unless the team is having consensus about who should kc (pls feel free to correct me if it’s not like that). There is no right of king controll nor is there “my king”. So for my defence:

Did mauz ask to take king early on?
Did I violete against ANY rule here?
Did I go verbal at all? Did I go provoke?
Didn’t i ask him to chill down in a nice way?

I can tell you that mauz didn’t ask to kc. I didn’t do either. None of us had the right to kc, but from last games I knew it would be better if I kc since the last games I let him kc he lost a game.

I ignored him because I am 100% concentrate on my kc and in most cases the kc swap don’t even work because of the existing bug.

Speaking for myself I find it interesting you said I ended up doing “my way” and waving when its not necessarily. That’s just not true since I asked in the chat , whether to wave or not (if I remember correctly). Two of three person also agreed on the wave thing , how can you just ignore those facts? Its a team game so I let the team also decide how much heals we want to lose, whether to wave or not.

You also said i didn’t try to talk to him. Well, what can I say more then you may look into the chat again. I asked him to chill down but I am not gonna talk with people randomly going crazy like he did , meanwhile having two other players ignoring each other.

Last words. I think if he’d ask for kc i the team would have made an decision since I wanted to kc and mauz wanted to. But he didn’t ask. Not a single time. He didn’t also try to cooperate in a nice way. I could also just listened to an admin saying I should feel free to mute guys when they go ham like this. But I didn’t. Why? Because everyone can be a better person. I didn’t wanna mess it up more as the game already was. Sad that you see me in the spotlight since I have hosted and played many many games without being toxic or breaking the rules once. Yet I am standing up for our right and get wich hunted by those guys. Please do me the favor and read the discussion on fbg feedbacks channel from yesterday. You give reasons for me not to stand up for anything toxic ever again and I will consider not reporting any cases any more when u feel me being in the spotlight as one of the most chilled and motivated guys out there to play with.

Hyo please pm me in discord and go more into detail with the “you have been on spotlight for a while now”. I have played over 200 games since 2 months at fbg, hosted about 150 games, have been giving out tones of love and support for trials, spoke to several admins and supporting this comunity in wc3 public games from time to time. But I am in fact highly disappointed to here your words. Would love to change that somehow.

You think not replying is not provoking and keeping king anyways? ;d i guess you are just delusional but that should be pretty clear already and you saying you lost cause of my kc? Provide replay then dont leave it in the open cause no one else has problem with it when I have asked for it or complained.Nothing else to add to this.

What love you share, you are trying to keep some fake image of yourself, as we saw already you provoced many people – me, then ddemonio, mauz, niko – and countless more i guess and ofcourse you report all afterwards because that is your plan – atleast face your provocations like a man – but from the niko request we saw you dont like to be called man , so sorry if you feel offended. You like to provoce and play the victim i might repeat myself, but people see thourght your fake image you try to create of yourself.
I upload the game and the screenshots where he was trolling – also provocing me with asking me how my ban appeal is going, and sending me <3 when he doesnt follow the team call – sadly there is no team chat but you can see on lvl 10 there are 100 militias and 7 dinos or 8 – 1 from mauz, also he late send on 13 – 20 sec or 25 after us all.

You can go back to another processed ban requests where he leaked 4 on purpose so trigger Ddemonio.
Now he take the king from mauz without communicating.
This guy should be stopped because he is toxic af, provocative and so on.

And yes im involved in this case since i was in the enemy team.

After reviewing the game and the chat here, I have reached the conclusion that no bans will be issued.

For @dpteacher:
While no one got the right to king control, unless it’s a team decision, it is still rude to take the king away from someone, especially in cases where the original king controller is arguably better than you. So please work on your communication if you want to take when someone already got it, asking the team or the king controller in future scenarios like this will prevent problems like this arise. So while you didn’t violate any rules per say, you still caused trouble for your team and created an unfortunate situation, which could have been prevented with communication. I know you have some problems with certain individuals in the league, fixing those issues will take an effort from both parts, and doing stuff like this won’t help you, so please consider this as well.

For @deadmauz:
While I understand your frustration, I would like you to remind you to threat your fellow teammates with respect and refrain from flaming. I hope that you will give dpteacher another chance, and you can get your issues solved and have some quality games in the future. Any of you, nor the league, is benefiting from your personal grudges.
