Additional Information:Here’s the thing. I have dc’d maybe once or twice a month and only this last time was an unfavorable situation. Every other time has been packets from Reid during freewin. Then, you have fly. He plug pulls exclusively during epic fail game scenarios. In this game, they have deadlane lvl 1 leaking 7 crab to ns. We send 2 (forced, but still finished off the suic lane) and get 43 to middle. They have a deadlane and proceed to straight 6 send. I have huge middle slave+bear mermaid. He pp’s we immo, the game ends lvl 7 or at the very least lvl 10. We already won that one. The kid has the balls to say they had a good chance of winning in chat later on. He has been plug pulling on my team and off of it for 8-9 of my wins now this season and I’m tired of it. I haven’t been versus him, rather, and had his plug pull benefit me one time. He is absolutely plug pulling about once a week more or less–full on plant. He has more dc’s than any 2 other players combine in 100% lost games. It’s no coincidence. Connection issues or not, there is no excuse for the situations his dc’s happen to fall under. Ban this kid for real. Let’s make him an example of what it means to continuously abuse the rule. He has become worse than the old ddemon1o dc plan a few years ago. Just add a couple days here, then next time it looks like this shit pp strategy, add a couple more. If he wants to play he will find a way to stop dc’ing constantly pre loss. End

after checking the replay and talking to fly we dont have evidence for ragequit, he dced before level 6 even started so he couldn`t knew you were mid and have immo for example.
Therefore we have to treat is a normal dc.
Fly is currently banned for dc means he got his punishment.Denied and processed.
