Additional Information: I did every call all game long, lvl 11 I did call we aim 15. And started leaking for it. I leak both lvl 12 and lvl 13, building up a little to much for 14. Our lumber isnt the best, its a fat game. But when lvl 14 starts Phatboo imidiatly immediately start sending regardless. Not waiting to see leaks or checking our lumber first, or discussing it. We win because they are -4. They almost survived this forcesend. We others did not even get income.
Normally I wouldnt report, but the guy started trolling earlier and almost forces us to send lvl 9 to.
its needed to take som actions and tell him to chill.

even if the call is 15 initially its common practice to wait for confirmation (or ask for it) before sending as the call can change depending on leaks.
Following this i do consider this a force send.
Another factor for this is the chatlog. you clearly disregarded the opinion of the caller intentionally.
