I requested blink from him after noticed his unusual Tiny build

I asked multiple times for blink so he can combo with our sk blink he proceeded ignore it and ignore a key item on all Tinys to try his own build like a pub
Than he just “stfu” about his build you can can decide but not having that blink on tiny cost a lot Plays that coulda swing the game into our favorRice played to win the whole game and it’s pure conjecture to think dagger would have been a sure win over what he did. You could also argue that having half the wards of the other team lost the game or leaving your SK to die with rapier alone lost the game. There was no game ruining behavior request denied.
