that he never forced send is simply not correct.
i got another question, why is EF allowed to make banrequests? 80% of the list is him. Just process his requests without even looking at them and save everybody involved the headache x))
He appealed his ban (and spoke to Kappa about it on Discord), therefore his ban was reduced to 18h total (from the original 48h).
So his ban expired by now, and that’s why you saw him ingame – Next time you can just ask in chat or DM a moderator, nn to post something on ban requests, which isn’t a ban request at all
