Harsh ban

My latest ban – for toxicity/flame w/e it was, i rewatched the replay and i never saw my self flaming him. insulting him by any mean. I didnt say 1 offensive word to this guy – who leak 3,5 to no send – lets say 3 was by my fault/ which is still questionable because i told him what holds 4 – but ussualy what holds 3 – holds 4.
Second part – he send dinos on 7 – 1,2,3 – OK, but 5 is pure provocation – any good player with Any good Player with self respect would say words againts this – i tried to keep my self cool And didnt flame him, didnt tell him TK since torb told me to not use that Word And i do, also on lvl 7 – he forgot to build for 170g, Klaa saved the Day by pinging him And he Just didnt build 80g. The next thing is they didnt loose 2nd heal on 7 because of this dinos he send, he ever tried to defend if with telling me they reached King so it didnt matter, earlier in the game – he admited he is a tk. The next thing is i play 30 min game i try to win with Klaa, i was mid 12 to huge send And all my work goes to the trash because someone decide to troll

And yes at the start i might have flamed more because i Come from games Dota 2, cs go league of legends, we salute their with cyka blyat idi nahui, as you see i realised that is different community And i improved alot And my 2 latest ban requests make me feel like i will get banned for anything.

I thanks all of you for being patient with me i improved alot thanks to all of you but getting banned for a week for such game is Just idk…. Klaa was in that game as well you can ask him
And when i try to reach top 15 And such thing happens what can i do? 2 players leaking to no send
And this makes me sad, i get banned when i didnt even flame

Atleast i had to flame him like for real to know why i get 1 week ban

Also any competitve player which burn in the game will understand why i get mad, let someone from LIHL rewatch this game and see his opinion what he would do in that game.
I tried my best and i never flamed him again as i repeat , didnt insult him by any mean, earlier today he put ban request for someone not even flaming him . he leaks lvl 1 to no send with academia guide..

And yes he could atleast apologize to us , because that is what is the most annoying part, him blaming me and afterwards defending his DINO SEND – 5 dinos.

And yes sorry for the long post im just very afftected.
You can ask many players that they had great time playing with me

And since my 2nd ban got removed , because Alex really did underperform and me not even flaming him but stating the truth shouldnt this be counted as 2nd ban for 48h.

And i regret starting this argument after the game, but what was done was done sadly…

So let’s start:

You’ve been warned several times by the Admins to rethink your approach/attidude towards the community – You were placed back on trial for this exact issue: After being vouched, your attitude got worse, so we were forced to walk back, instead of moving forward with your case.

https://wc3stats.com/games/81709/chat -> Although EricS play was bad, your attitude towards him after he told you drop it, proves once again that your attitude is a no-go -> You try to help your way, it doens’t work, rework your approach or provide feedback after game, and let an admin handle it: Dont simply tell him to mute you cuz he plays bad.

https://wc3stats.com/games/86331/chat -> You had to brought it up in the game after (cause clearly no1 noticed, or heard you in the game before that he sent 5 dinos on lvl7)

As for the case that generated this: https://firstbloodgaming.com/forums/topic/ban-request-bad-behaviour/#post-8699, i decided to take a 2nd look at it to see if i missed something, and came to the conclusion that i did:

-> You do question his militia start, but never did you tell him not to overpush
-> You inform him of the value for 4, but never did you consider warning him that he needed more value for 3: he assumed logically that if X value holds 4, then 3 is fine too
-> For 5 you tell him “i told you not to overpush, dont blame me”: never once did you tell him not to overpush – granted that he ruined his lane on his own for 5, but to claim you “told” him is false.
-> He screws up on 7 with the dinos, and it is okay if you brought it up 1-2 times, but nope, you keep poking the bear and talking about it (At some point, even one of your allies tells you “just shut up already” and your response is “you don’t tell me to shut up”)

While failing to micromanage pink isn’t bannable, it kinda explains why pink ruined his lane (whether you see it that way or not), but the fact you can’t move on, and have to mention it 4-5 times (and even bring it up a game after) + becoming passive-aggressive towards your allies when they tell you to drop it, kinda shows the attitude issues are still there: Granted it’s not horrific as it used to be (we all agree it has improved), but when you’re on trial for attitude issues, we expect your attitude to improve, and not show old habits, otherwise it makes no sense to keep you as a trial.

I believe you also spoke recently with an Admin and were told exactly what were the issues with your trial and why you weren’t vouched again so far.

Last, but not least -> After the unvouch last night, your decision of posting a ban request on another player for something you dind’t consider reporting initially, kinda speaks for the attitude itself: You dind’t see it as an issue when it occured, but when you were unvouched, you felt like this “witch hunt” was appropriate to report (without the proper replay as well), which shows issues on your attitude once again.

So taking in consideration everything that has been happening, a 1 week unvouch for you to rethink your approach is more than fair: Take this time to chill, observe games, work your way around the community (and who knows, maybe fix the issues with the ppl that you believe you have issues with, to ensure when you return/play again, you guys are fine, and issues won’t occur: Granted it takes 2 to fix things, but maybe taking the initiative speaks for the attitude itself, and shows to the other person that you’re genuinely interested in fixing whatever happened that caused it – also shows to us, Admins, that you’re improving your attitude, just saying).

The ban will remain as it is
