Additional Information: As You know from other report Blainn left the game on lvl 1. There was little confusion if we must sell or draw. I said i deny selling and I request rmk. I wrote to all the rule in all chat.
– A team may forfeit only if all players on the team agree. Otherwise the game is to be remade with the same teams.They accepted the fact it is draw… and did not make rmk! Even Blain is not playing in NEXT game.. WTF?

The remake rule applies to disconnects, not to voluntary leaves. Judging from the chat and situation, i have 0 doubt this was a ragequit, hence there is nothing to warn for. End the game is totally fine.
You are correct a ragequit is never 100% proofable. It depends how convenient the situation is and how believable that some dropped over choosing to just quit the game.
It was not the correct call to end this game in the first place. Your team should have sold or play it out 3v4 by rules.
In case of doubt, handle it as a dc. Theres no doubt here.I hope you can see that in the future more clear.
This looks bad on you to be honest. If i want to be devils advocate id say you just want to safe your elo over doing the correct thing. Please be more considerate of opposing teams situation in the future.If you are unsure how which rule should be handled, pass the decision on to somebody else on your team or consult. You done wrong here imo.Writing this post to clarify the situation on Anda’s request since he finds it hard to express the exact sentiments behind his review. Having reviewed it myself I agree with him:
1. You are correct that it is impossible to determine with 100 percent certainty whether someone ragequit. However there are rare situations where it is certain enough to cause a ban. When they type something in chat that indicates the reason for the quit and then quit immediately after, it is beyond reasonable doubt that they quit on purpose. That is what happened here.
2. The rule to remake before 3 is designed to apply for accidental disconnects. It is not intended for people that quit on purpose. It would not make sense to remake with someone who does not want to play and broke the rules on purpose. People were just following common sense in that regard. If there were any doubt that he ragequit then you should handle it as a dc, but he typed in chat for all to see and quit immediately after, so it should be obvious to everyone involved. Furthermore, there is no obligation to remake because someone fucked up (forgot to build or send, whether caused by lag or otherwise)
3. In this situation it was better to continue the game than to draw. Otherwise you could simply try to force a draw when your teammate fucks up by leaving on purpose.
4. If you are unsure how the rules apply in a situation then go with the decision of the lobby (in this case to end and move on) as you are just confusing matters.
