No show warn

Today I was warned for no show.

I kindly remind the rule

You have five minutes from the time the bot notifies you that a game has been hosted to join the lobby.

When lobby was made at 13:06 and someone is joining at 13:11 it is OK. It is 5 minutes…. If it is not- please let me know!

I said at 13:11 I am comming but at 13:10 I was told that swap was made because I did not answer on chat (why I must?) and it is to late. Same guy who made the early swap (and got warned for that) asked to give me warning.

I refuse to receive this warning for no show. Plz see the attachement.

I’m not an admin anymore, but all ban requests and appeals are answered eventually to this date. Sometimes you might need to wait a few days for admins to review the case and I would assume this would be the thing here. It’s around New year’s Eve (busy admins) and your case seems low priority in comparison with other admin work.

If you see the images you attached, teams were allocated + lobby was created at :05 , not :06 (Lobby alert message does show at :06, however read when the lobby was started) – your first message was at :11, meaning you weren’t in the lobby at :10, and you only replied after 6 minutes, so the warning is correct/legit.

Once the queue is full, you must show up to your game as soon as possible or risk a warning for no show. Three no shows within a one month period will result in a 24 hour ban.
You have five minutes from the time the bot notifies you that a game has been hosted to join the lobby unless:

If the game was hosted before teams were allocated, you have five minutes from when teams were allocated to join the lobby.
If the game has not been hosted for five minutes after teams were allocated, you have ten minutes from the time teams were allocated to join the lobby.
If the game has not been hosted for fifteen minutes after teams were allocated, you may !end the lobby.
If the game has not started within fifteen minutes of the original teams being allocated, you may swap out without any punishment.
