Please unban

So I figured out why I had such high ping past week and had 3x dc …. I wasn’t close my instances of battle net each times and in task manager I find there is 18 !!! instances of battle net running so I closed the task and played and found my ping went from 350 ms to 88 ms so I think I fixed the problem . Sorry for my dc and would like to play again . My record for dc is pretty good but last week I’m at a hotel and playing on that guest wifi so mb that contributed a little but mostly I think it’s not closing the program properly .

im not a Fan for unbanning from DC bans, i can reduce it by 12 hours for good will but considering you dc`ed 3 times i cannot unban you completely.
