I no care if he is banned or not. Such behavour must be reacted.

Also You should make strict rules about kick vote. No idea why You made this kick option but it is is for sure offensive for a voted person. And what if it would work? Can You kick a player who is in the game? Why would it be possible unless he not super tk on purpose?

Juggle part: On lvl 7 Proce3d clearly juggles to slow down game. Since there wasn’t any real impact. I’ll leave it at a warning. In case of next offense you will be banned.

Votekick part: This funcion doesn’t have any use in league games, but i suppose it could be used in pubs for kicking players who are afk or suck. I dunno. After reviewing the game it’s pretty clear he wanted some sort of payback, because you honestly were dragging on an unnecessary discussion and argueing all the time. Still everyone knows they shouldn’t use the -vk command. If there are more issues, we will take proper measures in the future.
