Rice did indeed swap when he was not supposed to, I am not sure why jag completed the swap so it’s not all on rice. This is the first time he has been reported for this issue and is not known to do this, because it is a first offense rice will be warned for refusing captain assignment with the next issue resulting in a ban. Request approved.
