Additional Information: He is low-key flaming and trying to provoke a response from me so he can report me, this happens every game I play with him, if you think this is not enough for a ban please take not of this BRQ and I will provide more replays for future reference, if you need more data to ban him.
At lvl 9 he out of nothing starts calling me “a joke” for staying 7/3 even though he knows that if I don’t build lvl 9 I just become a dead lane (I had 800 value) and I can push during 9, at 27:00 he starts making fun of me for not “paying attention” to the enemy heal count and values even though I was on KC and he himself has no idea about enemy values and heal count while he didn’t KC himself.i need to say, this guy is fishing for a ban where there is no rule break by me. please look log and see …
he calls me talking about strategy as provoking him.,…rly?? its game play i have to talk about it. if my opinions are different then yours you say i am provoking you to ban you??? utter nonsense imo
accept that people have a right to different opinions and if the say them that doesnt mean they are provoking you to flame.btw, I am going to post this same game for a brn….you actually did break two rules and almost caused us to lose the game.
I will respond to his every comments to show he is wasting mod time making up lies about flame when there is none .
He has upped ship and malf and abno so he is not holder 10 clearly . I ask can you push and he upgrade to mercurial for level 9 hold … he knows I’ve said I’m already fat lane and going to ob 10 .. why need mercurial for hold 9 regardless he leak 10 plus it’s clear he is our leaker this game so getting that mercurial for 9 was one less jack for leaker lane … seems odd to me he didn’t push so comment it must be a joke to up to mercurial instead of pushing with ally 7-1 and holding with easy mid ghost and hades .. I didn’t say he is a joke I said that he must be joking to ob and not push .but he want twist for flame ban or something silly …
he starts brn saying it’s low-key flaming … what the heck is that … there was not any flame just didn’t like a non holder lane going mercurial which is usually level 20 unit on level 9.
Then he says at 27 I am making fun of him for not paying attention …
Again he lies … need to see context that he is twisting … we are discussing level to send and he asks me why are we better 15 .. I respond saying well did you see their units arena ? He says no and I said then pay attention … even you kc you can still look arena at value and builds ….
Then I said if you don’t know maybe ask your team ? Then he muted me .. that question was too much “ flame “for him apparently .
ALOT of people have this very issue with okbik , he don’t care to listen or ask team anything … his way or highway …if we talk about game play different than his opinion he say no or will cry flame or provocation and then post these nonsense brns. I’ve heard this from a few people that are vouched players .. one is an admin but I don’t wanna name anyone
Just makes playing with him extremely unpleasant and toxic if you don’t agree with him.Just read the chat history and there is ofcourse nothing that provides a reason for a ban or a warning. just another ridiculous ban request from okbib.

This is pretty much a waste of everyone’s time – Yours for posting this bickering with nothing to warn or ban for, and ours for having to review something that isn’t even worth anyone’s time (let alone the fact your behaviour towards each other ingame can be annoying for the team to handle), so both these ban requests (this one and https://firstbloodgaming.com/forums/topic/ban-okbik-for-improper-use-of-mute-function-false-accusations-of-flame/ ) are denied, however i will make something clear (as we already did before):

@Rocknroll @okbik it seems that both of your recent violations come from playing together. I suggest both of you for your own good to just avoid each other in future games since it seems you cannot just function together in the same team.Seems like that wasn’t enough so i’ll make it clear for you both (rocknroll and okbik) : If you can’t play together, then simply don’t sign on each other lobby (i don’t care who unsigns – simply one of you do it): If you’re signed for the same game, then i expect you to behave correctly and cooperate with each other & the team, to ensure a good teamgame
Should I (or any other Admin) find any more issues between you two, or these kind of ban requests again, we won’t hesitate to ban you both for as long as it’s necessary, until the point gets across.

Alright. I did a second review on this case per request of @okbik.
Overall I agree with Hyo, this is vastly as waste of everyones time. You two needs to settle this or simply dodge each others lobbies, if this keeps being a problem then we will issue bans. I do however admit that the message “u joke” from @rocknroll could be interpreted as a rock calling okbik a joke, which of course shouldn’t happen given your past history, so rocknroll please try the best to avoid such language and work with okbik. Both of you, should treat each other with respect, avoid the use of microaggressions etc. If you can’t work it out, simply dodge each other.
