Additional Information: Refusing to rotate lane, other team decided to contest out tri lane with their tri lane, I wanted to rotate troll to confirm his farm and he refused saying “You don’t have to listen to lane instructions, but you have to listen to picks”, supposedly quoted by Fantom.

Rotation is allowed by a player, I don’t see any proof of game ruining. However the behavior is not conducive to good teamwork. Shadow is banned for poor/toxic behavior effective immediately.
