Hello fam!
Time for me to leave my first ban request here.
So the game starts and I get a shitroll to start with, I kept 1 warlock because its good later on, and I did my 1nd rr, I got bears and turrents.
I have a bad history with turrent so I wanted to try to mix them. The plan was to have the bear in the front and turrent behind.2 minutes in this game, Theswing90 wants us to sell all because of it, and decides to throw the game intentionally later on.
He kept harassing me the entire game(during the game in discord to /chatroom), and kept telling our team to sell all towers and let them win.But here come’s the part he should get banned for.
Level 7, we go -3 heals because he didn’t use any wood to up our king and we lost one last heal because of it.
Enemy team resend level 8, again he did not use any wood to up our king, and once again we lost one heal because of it.
We go into level 10 with -4 heals, we leak abit because they fullsend, he goes “FINALLY” in the allchat and once AGAIN (3 Times), he does not use any lumber to upgrade our king and at the end we die because of it and thats the truth.Why give up round one?
Why search for troubbles?
Why would he want to lose intentionally?There is diffrences to TK with no intention and to do so.

We have reviewed the game, and reached the following conclusion:
* Not upping at 7, due to pushing, which is considered common practice.
* Not upping at 8 and in our assessment his lumber wouldn’t have saved the heal (and there was no team or capt call to up king.
* Pushing with lumber for king banked at 10, no excuse for not upping here, but it would not have saved you anyways.Because of this, we will not issue a ban based on the ban request. When that is being said, we will issue a warning towards TheSwing90 for toxicity, the behavior and attitude in the game was far below of what we expect from our players. If we receive reports in the future regarding the behavior of TheSwing we will not hesitate to swing the hammer.
