Your Warcraft III username: balenciaganboba
Ban reason: “lobby dodge/flame”
Why you should be unbanned: I was in lobby for both the first game AND the remake on time while other people dicked around and the game still hasnt started and we were STILL missing players 28 minutes AFTER que popped. I didn’t have time. mustardtiger is just retarded and on his high horse as usual. antbug had computer problems? no warn/no problems. people not showing up to the game? no warns no problems. but wasting 30 mimnutes on a game that hasnt started after que popped and me being on time but ran out of time because other people wont show? apparently thats a ban. youre a joke of an admin mustard.
And for the record, i was in the game on time for both the initial game, and the remake on EU server with 0 complaints from NA so IDK what the excuse is for everyone else not showing up and the game not having started 25 minutes after q popped
This particular game was the first game of the day, which if rules haven’t changed people have 10 minutes to join instead of 5. So you should already expect a little bit more time needed given it is first game of day. 10 minutes passed after popping and antbug was unable to join, saying he had computer problems. m4ster was in obs and was able to replace him, which I believe is the current rule — if you can’t play (pre-draft) that you can find a replacement to avoid warnings/bans, so I think the antbug situation was handled fine. Once the lobby was full (which took a while), we picked captains and started the game fairly quickly, but m4ster’s game was bugged so they finished picks and remade the game. I’m not sure exactly how long it was, but people took at least 5 minutes to join the remake at which Boba started saying that he was no longer able to play. He didn’t just leave out of the blue or anything, he actually stuck around a few minutes explaining that he could no longer play because the game was taking too long to get started. There were some calm back and forth exchanges between boba and tiger, and then tiger said that if boba leaves it’s a ban. Boba was upset and said something vulgar to tiger (suck a dick / he’s a bitch, I don’t remember exactly). Boba left, tiger banned, boba posted appeal, and here we are. While I don’t agree with the way Boba talks to admins when he’s upset, I do think there needs to be some leniency in situations like this where people take forever to join a remaked game. So to say it a different way, leniency on this particular lobby dodge (or whatever you want to call it) makes sense to me, but of course I certainly don’t condone the flaming of admins. Perhaps you can separate the two offenses and handle them separately.
Appeal denied.
