Unban for dodge

I have no dodge antecedents in the past. I’ve seen a lot that people asking for swap for same reasons I did and there was no problem as long as players were fine with it.
My intention was not to dodge lobby or X player. I asked for swap cause I wanted duo but forgot to unsign (as stated in chat).
Since looked like there was no swap available and people accusing me of dodge, I joined lobby to play but I got kicked and swapped out. And then dodge ban.

Regarding flame ban, I think it’s correct. I was provoked but still, I should’ve just ignored them.

I was around and about and was swapped into the game and can confirm he was in the lobby. There was lots of antagonist behaviour from all parties with flaming etc and bad blood, but fundamentally he was in the game, whilst he was still in the queue, and thus it physically isn’t a dodge..
Yes you can argue the merits for/against asking for a swap PRE game, and he may have dragged his feet joining (potentially) but he did not ‘dodge’ a lobby

• Regarding the dodge. I feel you did attempt to dodge, cause you were trying to duo someone who wasn’t even signed “Aemtelddtel”. However you were in the process of cancelling your duo attempt to duo Aem, that’s when someone signed and lobby started and you asked for swap.

• At this point you were accused for dodge etc, however from what I could see from chat, and Redindian’s account, you did join the lobby in order to play and avoid the dodge, but you were swapped out and kicked from the lobby.

Seeing as you made an effort to avoid the dodge ban by joining the lobby etc I’m going to revert the dodge ban, and just give a warning to be more careful in future and pay attention to the queue. You can’t be second last person to sign and then 1min later when lobby gets formed ask for a swap. You have to acknowledge this fact.
Flame ban stays and total ban time will be adjusted for time served as well.
