I’m banned like 4 days for laughing and enjoying myself over the biggest meme game in the history of any inhouse dota league that ever existed.

dcaudio (hates my guts, always flames me and talks shit to me, every opportunity he gets, both in-game and in the discord channels) kept saying i shouldnt cry in all-chat, when i 100% wasnt crying, i was just having a good laugh, like everyone else was.

I did cry once in all-chat, which was kinda justifiable, cus sf was like 0-5 min 7 with only item being a circlet and I asked if he was trolling/griefing, which was kind of a legit question.
But since that I didn’t cry, I was just lol’ing. I was legit dying laughing IRL, like so many others were (he was streaming the game, the poor fella).

I regret calling shadow clueless and I regret asking about his items in all-chat (shouldve just asked in ally-chat). I also regret saying early on that it was gonna be a meme game, altho I was 100% right.

Rest was just me laughing and having a blast, like everyone else (except shadow ofc, lol).

You honestly can’t justify banning 4 days for this, it’s just outrageous.
Had I been anyone else that wasnt being focused this hard on, I wouldnt even be banned.

Lastly I’d like to add that I’m finding it harder and harder to respect dcaudio as an admin, when hes toxic in so many games (not suitable admin behaviour, which he was warned about earlier).

We had a game where he was darkseer, prior to this meme game. He started the flames on me for not tping when i couldnt possibly tp, which i explained to him several times, but he ignored that fact and kept calling me trash/bad/t6 and later he did the classic toxic statement “i knew it shouldve been xxxx playing the gyro” (he was talking shit about dda’s gyro).
Dude isnt suited to be an admin.

The dude talks shit to me/about me in-game and in the discord channel, and then proceeds to tell me to stop crying when im 100% obviously NOT crying, just having a fun time laughing over the meme game.

So you really shouldnt put too much focus on him warning me several times about crying, when it wasnt even crying (except the time where i asked about about shadows items, which i regret).

It feels more and more like I’m being witch hunted. I’m taking long ass bans for things that so many others did many times without taking even a days ban. It’s becoming ridiculous.

Anyone whos seen that game knows how big a meme game it was. Can’t blame me for laughing about that game, shit o’clock at night.

Teshin please read what I’m about to tell you carefully, because I am genuinely trying to help you. First off, you are in no place to tell any of us what we can or can’t do, or justify a ban. You were literally just getting off a flaming ban, and within days you’re offending again. Bringing up your personal beef or feelings with DC is also irrelevant. Nothing he did or said was unprofessional or unreasonable, and yet you refused to stop the all chat after three multiple warnings.

You are new to this league, but trust me when I say DC has been a big help and respected member of FBG. When you are writing these appeals, the main focus is that we want players to acknowledge what they did wrong and improve their behavior moving forward. The reason for the length of your ban, is you are repeatedly being toxic, inciting teammates, and now refusing to listen to admins. You don’t have to like DC, but when he is asking you to do something that is a rule for the league, to refuse so is an easy ban.

If you can focus solely on what you are doing wrong here, and how you will improve it moving forward then we can legitimately look into approving this ban appeal. But at the moment, all you are doing is deflecting the issue and trying to change topics by saying “Dc isn’t fit to be admin”, “I was just laughing and it was funny”, and accusing us of doing witch-hunts on you. Every single admin here is a volunteer, and we don’t enjoy banning anyone contrary to what you may believe, and we enjoy even less having to deal with people who waste our time with senseless appeals.

I am going to give you one chance to reply here a second time, and improve your view on the matter and hopefully we can move forward from there. All we want to do here is play good DotA games without a toxic atmosphere, and while shadow was laughably bad… He was mostly introspective blame and he received his own punishment.

When DC flames me every chance he gets, both ingame and in discord, it becomes rather hard to take him serious as an admin. Don’t you get that?..
I’m not trying to deflect anything, I’m just telling you why I find it hard to obey him.
You can’t ask people to take DC serious, after hes just been toxic in their previous game.
If he wants the respect of an admin, he needs to behave like one.
I had to mute DC from the discord, cus hes always finding ways to talk shit about me, even when we didnt play in the same game.

When he tells me to stop crying, when I’m clearly not crying, but lol’ing, it becomes even harder to take him serious.

I already pointed out my mistakes and said I regret them.

Besides the facts I already mentioned about DC, which makes it hard for me to take him serious or respect him as an admin (admins shouldnt be toxic and flame and blame ingame, but dc does this most games ive seen him in, and he always finds a way to take it out on me), you gotta look at the specific game, time and other peoples talking:

Completely meme game.
Autoloss game.
All laughing at shadow.
Very late night (I even said in the game I was super tired and I was dying laughing).
I was merely having fun.

There’s a huge tone difference between me and shadows appeals, because he didnt take a 96H ban for a 0-10H offense. If you want me to have the same tone as in shadows appeal, you should treat me fairly.

And can you answer me this: Are you really gonna call it crying, when I asked where sf’s items are, when all he had min 7-8 was a circlet? I mean, come on… That was a legit question. I’ve never seen anyone from midlane in an inhouse league with a circlet only, after that many minutes.
I was seriously wondering if he was griefing.

And please let’s not forget that shadow actually tried to blame me and rice first, before he achknowledged he completely rekt the game himself.

I had a game where I didnt speak a word for 37-38 minutes straight. Then I wrote 1 sentence and one seriously wrote that I’m always talking.
I had a streak of more than 25 games in a row where I didnt say a single bad word and didnt spam or anything like that, but people (including you) were still talking about me like I was flaming every game.
We also had a game recently where I didnt speak for 20 min straight, then I wrote 2 sentences (wrote far less than you during the game) and you go apeshit and say I need a tampon and all kinds of shit.
Shit like that makes me feel witch hunted.
Doesnt exactly help that you (and others) are talking trash about me when im not even talking or when im banned and not speaking in discord. I’ve been away 48hours, came back, read chats of you and others talking shit about me.

Did it even matter that I was laughing in all-chat in that autoloss late night meme game? No.

Will I do it again though? No.

Will I listen to DC next time? Yes, if you listen to me and demote him the next time hes toxic in-game. I will ofcourse bring evidence from other games too, next time he does it (already got some replays saved with his below-admin behaviour).
The dude was warned once but keeps being toxic ingame, yet all you have to say is “DC has been a big help and respected member of FBG”.
Hes surely not helping me, or being respected by me, so that statement isnt to any use, from my perspective.

I actually have 0 interest in anything other than just playing good dota games and will from now on not even speak, even when noobs are rekking my games.

Again, I don’t care how you feel about our rules, only that you abide by them. And you don’t have to like DC, or even talk to him. But you do have to listen if he’s telling you to do something that breaks our rules.

If we have another incident like this moving forward there is a very small chance we will accept an appeal, so please do your best to focus on game and not hold personal grudges as it will only end in poor games and fractured teamplay.

Ban appeal accepted, will reduce from 48 -> 24.
