Unjustified ban/Abuse of Admin rights.

I m posting this on the “ban requests” site because the “ban appeal” site keeps bugging out for me so I can’t post anything there. Please move it to the right Category.

So I just got banned for “uploading a drawn” game. There are several problems with that which I will explain.

I will first speak of what happened in the game:

There was a dc in the game. Now from my understanding in such a case the game is supposed to be paused. After that the captains have to come to an agreement about how to proceed. One team can sell or if no agreement can be made the game will be drawn. This didn’t happen. The enemy captain (I didn’t even know he was their captain, cause I didn’t remember) said “gg” in all chat and left. I asked the enemy team what the call was so that we have it clarified. They didn’t reply at all. Also they didn’t leave. They juggled the King. I figured from the King juggling that they would be conceding the game and wrote “thanks” because of that.

I then uploaded the game and ultimately got banned for uploading a drawn game. Also my uploading rights were revoked.

Now here are my issues:
1. The game wasn’t a clear draw since the rule about dc games was not respected. I know that this happens often. Everybody starts arguing, people don’t pause the game or people just leave or write gg and then leave. Now just because some ppl write “gg” and therefore mean they wanna draw the game, that doesn’t make this kind of behaviour acceptable. It actually shouldn’t be respected. Its just not clear what it means in all honesty. I write gg at the end of a game when I think it was a nice game. I don’t always write it even. So all I can conclude from somebody writing “gg” is that they realize the game is over. Its not hard to just write “draw” instead and leave. That makes everything crystal clear and there can’t be any confusion about it. Its mandatory by the rule and that should be respected and enforced. Otherwise the rule should be rewritten. I m objectively not in the wrong here.

1. Even if the game was/is considered to be a draw by an admin making the final decision about it or if my understanding of the rules is just wrong (maybe I am stupid or whatever), then its not like I intentionally uploaded a drawn game in order to cheat myself some elo. I am not regulary in trouble for misbehaving. Rather the contrary. I very much like rules and follow them closely. Also I obviously am no elo whore since when I had more Elo and used to be captain a lot I would sell a game whenever a dc happened and my team was on the losing end. So assuming I tried to cheat me a +12 here is a bit ridiculous. If the game really was a draw, then it was an honest mistake on my end.
2. I m not surprised that it Elf was involved in banning me and even revoking my uploading rights. He and I have history. He doesn’t like me for some reason. I have offered him plenty of times to have a real conversation on voice chat with him, so that we can clear things up between each other like adults. He refused to do that and appears to take every chance to talk down on me, mute me and now even get me banned. His judgment is clearly not pure when it comes to me and he should not be allowed to make any decisions when it comes to judging my behavior. I also think it is a bad representation for the whole admin team that an admin refuses to have a personal conversation with a member when the goal of that conversation is to get along better with each other.
3. Revoking my uploading rights is just SO over the top. I have played over a thousand games here now. I upload a lot of games because many people won’t do it or forget to do it. I never cheated on this before and if it did happen here, then it was a mistake and clearly not intended. I would guess I uploaded around 400 replays or smith like that. Revoking my rights for one mistake made in a niche case is just not needed or justified and only shows again that elf will use every opportunity he gets to act out his power over me.

I uploaded the replay and am asking for my ban to be removed fully. I havent knowingly done anything wrong. I got punished for other peoples inability/unwillingness to follow clear rules and by the fact that elf has personal vendetta going on with me.
