Well, this is pretty much a revenge report after you got banned (and this game, https://wc3stats.com/games/124344/chat , is from a month ago – not 3 or 4 as you claimed, Okbik): You weren’t even on his team DyM, so i find it curious why report it now (after 1 month), and specially after you just got banned, so gonna deny this.
However, Okbik – we will keep this in mind, and hopefully this was an incident that occured a month ago, and not what is currently happening ingame regarding your behaviour/communication.

-> Ghosting: yes, you could most likely realize he rr’ed the dp’s away given how yellow lane looked like at arena, still no need to ghost and confirm it

Agree with the decision above: The flaming was minor at best (he was commenting what was said ingame, and not flaming directly anyone), so a warning is fair (Should he be found flaming again, duration can be adjusted if necessary).
Blue asked to call at the start of the game – Red agrees, teal asks “can we discuss” but doens’t say he doens’t agree either, and purple (you) stayed silent and said nothing, so by votes – you have 1 caller which is blue.
So, in the future:
You want to call yourself, or in team – voice it, say you want to call – or want to discuss the team calls, and not accept X or Y player as caller, otherwise if you are silent and dont say anything, you cant really complain afterwards
