After reviewing your appeal ( https://firstbloodgaming.com/forums/topic/ban-appeal-16/ ), we’ve decided to deny it for now (given your history/past on the FBG LTD League – you were removed back then for going afk/refusing to play, but also for your attitude/behaviour during your stay here) – You are allowed to apply for LIHL (where your skill level currently fits in our opinion), and we will review/process accordingly: Should you be accepted, we will monitor your attitude/behaviour close during your trial, and should you have a good attitude/behaviour during your LIHL trial, we will consider readding you to FBG LTD again.

Well, after watching the replay, it definitely looked like a solo send (despite not having access to the chatlog), but considering your clean history (0 warnings/bans so far), i’ll give you the benefit of doubt here (since your explanation is also reasonable).
In general, just pay attention in the future, and try to see if your team is also sending / discuss with the team before sending.

Leaving the game isn’t allowed at all, and there was nothing chatwise that would justify a reaction like this: If necessary, you can always !mute your ally, communicate with the rest of your team, and report after the game, however leaving is never a solution.
User also admitted to have left the game, banned for 4 days.
