Niko missed charging an early gank on voker mid, but team got the kill anyway and Niko notes he did not notice. Around 7 minutes Niko complains about lag noting 1500 ping and misses charging both axe and voker that were being ganked by Trees. Around the 8 minute mark Niko charges tc bot and gets kys a kill with Trees. Around 9 minutes team complains about Niko not charging, Niko says he did not have vision for charge which was half true since he only had vision of one and that hero was close to tower and running back so hard to say if the dive was a good idea. Around 13 minutes Niko refuses to charge into a fight that was half lost stating he would feed. A little before 17 minutes Niko charges ww they miss the kill and ww tps away, but Niko doesn’t cancel charge til late and goes past t1 tower and needlessly dies alone. Just after 19 minutes Niko is autoattacking solo mid and dies to axe. Around 26 minutes Niko does an awful charge into a full team push with team split and causes team to chain feed. I don’t think Niko was intentionally griefing, but he was definitely not paying attention and made mostly bad plays and mistakes, however I do think this qualifies for a short ban for low effort play. Niko will be banned for 1 day for low effort. Request approved.
Also after reviewing the chatlog kys will also be banned for 4 days for toxic behavior since this is his 4th strike for the issue.

Bash was indeed afk in lane for about a minute from just after the 2 minute mark to just after the 3 minute mark. The team took a pause for him to come back, I checked the chatlog timeline since replay perspective doesn’t show how long pauses are for and he was back about 20-30 seconds after the pause. However they did do a lane switch from the starting lanes and Bash ended up against a safelane trilane that he couldn’t really stay in lane for and didn’t see the rotation bot so I understand why he was hiding woods with a clarity popped for some of that time after the initial waves. Most of the game after that Bash was playing fine and mostly just farming until a little after 23 minute when there is a call to push mid after a catch and Bash tps bot to defend tower instead and his team dies mid. There were hardly any team fights except for the push mid for Bash to miss since their team was on the defensive pretty much the whole game and team synergy was very low with lots of split players and bad or missed ganks. Aside from the short afk early on which was somewhat justified and the missed push. I don’t think bash was intentionally griefing here and the afk was taken care of fairly quickly so a final warning will be issued for afk of any length next time being a ban. Request approved.

After reviewing the chatlog and having an admin in the game to give his input Niko did not break any rules. He was asked what he wanted to play the same as the rest of the team and your captain never made a hard assignment for Niko so he never refused any official captain orders he did eventually say that Niko was going to be on pudge though. As for the griefing with the claim that he had negative impact on the team every player on your team was in the negative including yourself going 1-6 as position 1. I don’t think you can attribute the loss to any one player so that claim is also denied. Request denied.

We had an actual Russian translate and he said it was pretty minor overall. This has been a consistent issue though with Oversoul so a final warning for toxic behavior/flaming will be issued and future instances will result in a ban. Oversoul is still adjusting to the community so we will talk to him and try to get him on the same page. Request approved.

When you sent your chick to give you wards you dropped them on the ground then walked away without them and Sicario went back and picked them up. I don’t know why you would think this is “stealing” items and not simply keeping them off the ground. He gave them to you immediately when asked and then you walked directly into a waiting pudge hook and rhasta alone who were both already waiting there. If you would have walked straight there to ward when you first sent your courier you would have only died sooner. There was nothing malicious evident in this situation and the items were returned immediately. Side note you were holding a clarity at the time with a third of your mana missing which you could have used and had an open slot for the wards. No ban and no warning will be issued it was clearly an honest mistake and had no impact on the game if anything you should be warned not to threaten reporting over an honest mistake by a trial. Around the 10 minute mark Bash does leave rot on and goes low then walks in to die for no reason. At the 11:50 mark Bash does again rot himself to death for absolutely no reason. The instance at 14:30 wasn’t really much of anything, but still low effort there. Just before 16 minutes he walks mid and farms solo spamming hook on creeps and dies to solo ES. At around 17 minutes he hooks a solo BS just to die to him. At around 23 minutes he is low from a fight and just rots himself to death again he is 0-11 at this point. At around 25 minutes Bash goes into left side trees on scourge side and afks for at least a minute. A little before 32 minutes Bash wanders sentinel side woods and dies alone. At 33 minutes Bash gets stunned by fissure sitting in base then idles while he is killed using no spells.

After reviewing the game Frostless did not level summons until level 22 with team telling him it made no sense and did eat cheese for no reason with a teammate that could have taken it right there. He was also being toxic towards Mumix for having a bad start. I watched the replay from both perspectives and although Mumix had a bad start and Frostless was refusing to skill summons neither player was intentionally griefing their team. Mumix did die at the starting bounty, but neither top nor bottom had vision of any enemies so if anything it was not a safe play, but not purposely griefing. He did take a bounty rune bot, but Frostless was already full committing to a fight mid and made no attempt to run to either rune at that time. Mumix did miss a few stuns and did try to stun a teammate, but it was inconsequential in that fight. The rest of the game both players were playing to win the game and with the team.

Pez did indeed random one if not both of his last 2 picks it was hard to tell in the replay even though the message says brood was picked I don’t really think it was or it was completely random panic picked.

Most of the game goes fairly smoothly aside from the lingering feeling the game was hopeless due to the draft. It does appear everyone is playing to win until near the end when it became more clear how much the draft impacted the chances of winning. I do understand some of pez’s frustrations saying it was 4/5 and game should be over, but he did not handle it how you are supposed to handle it. I was in obs so he could have paused and forced the forfeit with confirmation of 4/5. Instead he started flaming and tped you to a stuck woods spot bottom right with no tp to get back while they raxed the final rax then left the game. After leaving he went to discord to spam tag admins a few hundred times to remove his roles then left the server after I muted him. The randoming heros will be a warning with a ban for the next instance, a warning for the early leave, the potential ban baiting will be noted for future instances, the flaming will be a 2 day ban, and the griefing with ult will be a 2 day ban all added to the rejoin penalty should he return. Shadow will also be warned for the allchat and accusations in team chat with next instance resulting in a ban. Request approved.

Game starts and they are in an empty lane as trilane and they correctly rotate to help you top it was very early and no one had gold for sentries and both magic and sleepy warded when they had gold throughout the game. Ogre and venge were both stuck in a limbo situation because you wanted the solo XP top and bot was an empty lane with your hard carry free farming. They rotated around warding and trying to react to ganks, but things did not go well. The issues were not from a lack of trying or any kind of intentional griefing it was more just situationally bad conditions for position 4 and 5. Their play was not anything to get flamed for your team just got outplayed.
