Game was more than over, 2 lanes were raxed and the next fight after he bought relic was such a stomp and sentinel couldnt do anything. Even though I dont think radi would have been the best choice – but also an armlet or deso, suggested by antbug, wouldnt made any change to the game since scourge lead was too big.
Cannot really say he didnt play the entire game – since he played a pretty normal souljase game. I counted 1 solo dead, other deaths were within a teamfight.
If you really want to get him banned, provide more evidence of intentional throwing with timestamps and fill out the template.
