Hey, so iknow i have a background of DC but this one last time was rly wierd, had 90 ping but 15 fps max, lagged all game and during team battles i had the worst spikes until i dced… ive been rstarting before everygame and seems to be fixed… maybe i could get a reduction on the time, cheers!

Since you are taking steps to avoid future disconnects and are only requesting a time reduction I think you are being reasonable so we can be reasonable as well. Ban reduced by half of the original full ban time so you will be able to play tomorrow.
