So, Hyo said here he posted comment i and i can reply and i did type the below, but he already closed the topic. (Adding point 6 now on top of what i just typed)
I would like to point the following things:
1. My pc did froze: more particularly, the cursor was refreshing for couple minutes (not responding) but unforetunately it didnt fix. then i powerred off my pc, to make sure it dc`s but somehow it didnt.
i remember last time same thing happened a month ago as Hyo told me, but then game dc-ed me not sure why this time not – actually need to check the replay mby i did dc but whatever2. I have clean history regarding afk – i dont see reason to do it now. Furthermore, i like late games, you can check my replays i do not draw past 20, its even more weird i`d waste this game (i mean in general i would not afk, but that should make it even 200% clear).
3. I did post ban req on the one who reported me. Its actually even the same game. It was clear breaking of rulles, and you can see none of our team was happy with what he did. This kind of thing should be avoided because he decided to go leaker by himself, against team agreement, without as much as saying anything to anyone. I do not consider it vendeta to report this, and it is not.
4. I didnt see i was tagged in chat, if i had seen i
d definitely explain what happened, and i honestly did not expect someone would think that i did afk. but anyhow i thought simple explanation of the obvious was enough? I would have even signed for next game right after, but i was just in fact quite sad of this dc that i didnt have desire to play, and i found it offensive and harrasing that in chat now people claimed im a liar and lied about my pc freezing, even though i swored this happened, and still asking me multiple times the same question if i fell asleep after i confirmed its not the case.5. Additionally, as i explained in chat – i think if any retaliation in this case its against me by some admins, asking me why i didnt apologize through phone, why did i dare sign again after an hour (including in this Hyo comment), why i filed a report for teamkill etc etc
6. I do not get his comment:

then there is this instance in the honesty, immediately after being shown the proof of being afk before, you deny the reality.

His statement doesnt make logical sense. Al this is that the same thing happened again.
I would like to one more time emphasize my COMPLAINT, that i`m being harrassed, retaliated on, and insulted by being called a liar.
I request that this is viewed objective, beucase its very HARSH harrassment and relation by Hyo (which is not the first time).

i seem to be banned for whichever seems to stick from the below:
1) 1st was suspecting of lying (which is ridiculous)
2) i dared signed in another game an hour late
3) i reported another teammate for the same game (really? if you post report you are immune to being reported?)
4) i did not type an apology
5) it happened to my a month ago (pc freeze) now happened again – lets make it plausible he afks 2nd time in the same way (even more ridiculous)
6) he fell asleep and now not addmingare you going find something else? maybe i orcestrated this so you ban me, so i can have arguments? honestly i`m suprised this is yet not throwed in.
or maybe i wanted to team kill my team in an ellaborate way? seems logical i never tk but hey something new every day – EF is pushing the boundaries of creative ways to team kill.
WHILE THE OBVIOUS REASON THAT MY PC JUST FROZE AND IM BEING RETALIATED ON FOR RECENT COMPLAINT I DID HAS 0% CHANCE OF BEING TRUE – THATS JUST NONSENSE NOW, RIGHT?
You claim you power off your computer after it froze, yet for several levels you are not DCed
This is what makes your story unbelieveable, as it’s not possible. It’s not how the internet works.
Now please, stop wasting so much time using admins words against them, you are making up things thats not even true. Eat your ban, and do a video next time.
it is possible – as i indicated in chat, maybe computer was just asleep, altough i do think that it was powerred of because when back in windows all my browsers, wc3 etc were closed. i`m not specialist but i typed exactly what i did and this is exactly what happened.
just to provide a bit more context on point 6 – since Hyo keeps bragging about taking things out of context, so by memory the following happened:

Yea afk firstwhat happened was on lvl 1, i pushed 1 wisp, built 2 sprites and my pc froze.
plan was to get 3 sprite and rr, but maybe someone believe that i did 1 wisp, 2 sprites and decided to save 90 gold for who knows what (i think i had druid if memory serves me well 🙂 ) and get that druid on 2 ?!
Suspicion then seems to be: my 2 sprites leaked, so my 90 gold was no good then i proceeded to afk for a bit then leave. horrendous
I dont get how Hyo twisted this out of context, and used it for reason to deny me legit appeal, on basis of afk history – thats completely ridiculous and tainted
and no – i dont have that old replay with game of me ending with 2 sprites + 90 gold and a wisp. since it was never ban req, i dont get how Hyo is using it as afk history – maybe thats a Hyo special – taint the facts as he like

playing this game in our league is a privilege , it is NOT a right.
start acting like an adult, own up to your short-comings, and move on already. it is a 3 day ban. go find something else to do while you make it through this time.side note, i see that you have now edited your words. this is getting very tiresome.

also i explained (this doesnt matter from my perspective but its valid point), i even have particularly high incentive to finish this game as i love 20+ games (you can check i never draw 20+_ with 1 exception when all others really wanted)also – on sidenote – i edited my post within 1-2 minutes of it just to make it more clear. i want to emphasize one again the pettiness and retaliatory nature of your comment and your langugage used.

Whether you disconnected on your side or not, from the perspective of everyone else you were afk, including the reviewer of the ban request. In the context of reviewing that ban request, the ban was applied correctly. You cannot contest this fact because the evidence as it appears to us is that you are afk in the game and at the time the ban was applied you had not offered any alternative explanation on discord to my knowledge.
Now you wish to appeal your ban on the grounds that you did not afk, you disconnected because your pc froze. Since you haven’t got any evidence for that fact, we can only take your word for it. But we cannot simply take your word for it because if we did, no afk ban would ever be valid. If we unban you here, then everyone else who has the same argument should be unbanned. And anyone can make this argument. There is no evidence you can provide that you disconnected. I am not going to call you a liar, or tell you that I can say with absolute certainty that you did not disconnect. But even if you did, there’s nothing to stop the next person simply using it as an excuse with no evidence as well.
You also mention that you have no history of going afk. While that may be true, neither does almost anyone else. We hardly ever ban people for afk and people play the vast majority of their games without going afk. Again you could use that argument for almost any player in the league so it is not valid.
All we have to go on is the replay that shows you afk and your word that you had actually disconnected earlier and the game did not register it. Since we cannot take your word for the reasons I outlined, we can only go on the evidence we have, which is the replay. For that reason we cannot unban you.

You need to stop taking everything personally. Anyone is welcome to their own opinion on whether you disconnected or not. In life you don’t have some kind of right for people to believe everything you say. It’s not harassment to not believe someone.
I will close this appeal because I do not see it going anywhere productive discussing it further. It has already been reviewed multiple times.
