Additional Information: Hi picked lich as p5 and we started the landing phase but doesn’t want to zone slardar, and let me as pudge to solo zone him for first couple of minutes. He then kill stills twice from our hc, doesn’t buy any wards till he gets his first item. He bought boots and then dagger. He then got travels boots, ghost scepter, and force staff. He also broke on purpose the wards whitefox bought and he said he did accidentally. Not sure how anyone destroys an item accidently.

He just wanted to troll and was quite obvious. Ban him. Tnx

Violated Rule(s): Gameruin, suiciding on purpose, desotrying wards, refusing to support and troll items
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): started from min 5 then RAKET gave up, and refuse to support and went first item dagger then travel instead of supporting, then I eventually bought wards, then he desotryed the wards I bought.
Jaguar starts diving just to suicide from min 15 or so.
Additional Information: No reason for them to just completely waste other ppls time like this. And its the same story with jaguar every game. RAKETKANON needs to get a long ban for this, refusing to support and desotrying wards should be banned harshly.

Raket – replay timers:

At start, takes assigned hero / gets normal items
At 8 mins, he ends up finishing slardar (Slardar was blocked at the forest), so no need to use nova to lasthit
At 10.40 – could have used the mango sooner, but does end up lasthitting (doubt it was intentional here tho)
Doens’t buy any ward or anything – keeps saving for dagger (which he gets at 22:47: Playwise he was present tho)
At 25:50, last hits tower when he could have let the hc do it
At 26:40 mins, doens’t cast a single spell the entire fight
At 27:43 mins – bought his first wards ingame (after initial laning)
At 33 mins – waits too long before casting spells (could have used chain nova, but waits in the back with all enemies together)
At 34:20 – buys travels (only has dagger/travels at this point)
At 35:40 – doens’t even cast a single spell (no nova, or anything)
At 38:46 – Lich attacks/kills blue wards (Blue was trying to ward, he asks lich if he could pls help ward, and lich kills his wards sitting on the ground – Raket said it was a misclick..)

Jaguar:

1st death at 20:20 – Dies in a teamfight, nothing he could have done
2nd death at 24:09 – Gets caught top (All missing, husk top with him, enters woods, stuns and tries to run back, but with no sucess)
3rd death at 33:59 – Dies in a teamfight, no diving at all (they attempt to defend top)
4th death at 35:40 – Sees tuskar at river, attempts to back, and gets caught by tusk shard, coulnd’t back out (still attacks/casts spell, and if lich helped.. maybe he had better chances lol)

So:

Denying the ban for Jaguar (no evidence of such – feel free to provide new timestamps)
Approved ban for Raketkanon (48h)
