The situation happened almost right before game was over – sleepy pushed eternal with ES a few more pixels into the enemy. Since 5 enemies were on solo eternalfame anyway, he would have died eitherway. Thus, I’d say it’s a “soft” intentional team kill without impact to the game.
Denied, since no other evidence of intentional griefing.
