Time of Violation (in-game or replay): sometime after level 10 – he called he will team kill us. didnt build a key a level, he said he got tk-ed some games and now its his turn to teamkill. his actions lead to loss. was game from 5 days ago ( i had saved replay wondering whether to report but i saw him doing this last night again and today simillar situation)
Additional Information: i also didnt like how he flamed another teammate for no reason.
